I called on Monday continously in an attempt to receive pricing no one answered until recalling, recalling, recalling and finally asking to not be forwarded to someones voice mail. I made an appointment on yesterday willing to pickup my car two days later for an oil change. I got there and waiting for quite a while over 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Finally Lamone Taylor completed his transaction and assisted me. I had not received an oil change for quite sometime and didnt feel comfortable in leaving. Other than Lamone and the person that checked me out Passport Toyota is a disgrace with people acting as if theyre busy and people out here needing jobs. Please be advised they would never receive my business in purchasing a car I would not be willing to give you that type of business because the majority of you dont care about this customer.
