Horrible, my car sat for 2 days without any diagnostic. I will never take my car there again
This dealer caused me to loose faith in Infiniti. I purchased a vehicle there and right out the door began to having problems with the car not starting. Over the course of two years, they changed the battery several times but the car often would not start. AAA became my best friend and several of their representatives told me something was wrong with the vehicle. Each time I took it to Infiniti Suitland, I left with bewilderment. Initially I was told that the car was often dead because I wasnt driving it enough and I had to start it every 3-4 days. After numerous trips to the dealer for the same issue, the issue worsened and instead of being dead every couple of days, the car had to be driven every 24 hours or I was stranded. I eventually decided to not have AAA or neighobors give me a jump anymore and had it towed to Infiniti Suitland thinking maybe they would find the issue. In early 2021 after towing the car there, Bryan told me I was damaging the car because my daily trips were too short. How rediculous does that sound? Im driving everyday from Clinton, MD to Alexandria, North Beach, Springfiled, Waldorf, etc. I was so bewildered and my neighbor who is a Toyota mechanic finally told to me to either call corporate or try another dealer. So I took my car to Sheehy Infiniti Annapolis and explained the two year issue. They actually listened to me and on the first visit identified the problem by doing a draw test. The issue was electrical and the second row auxillary connector was bad and needed to be replaced. I now feel safe driving my suv and will drive the 45 minutes to Annopolis for service and peace of mind. I will never again return to Infiniti Suitland.

Very professional and punctual staff in the Service Center at Infiniti of Suitland. Bryan C. was my awesome, service advisor and he was professional and provided efficient and expedited service. I received an oil change and tire rotation, the wait was adequate, waiting room was clean and the cashiers were very nice and went above and beyond to ensure everyone in the waiting room was comfortable.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. From the time I walked in, through the time I left, I was well taken care of. Kim, Courtney, and Namy were absolutely outstanding and made me feel so confident in getting my vehicle. I will forever tell of the excellent service I received from INFINITI of Suitland. Thank you.

I have been looking for a vehicle for a while but kept running into sales people and dealerships that did not have good quality vehicles. I was always pressured and was trying to be sold other cars I didnt want until I met Kelly at Infiniti of suitland. SHE IS THE BEST. she figured out what I needed and became a friend during the process. I honestly believe Kelly is amazing at what she does and a lot of car dealers can learn from her. Best experience as everything was so easy, smooth and got me my perfect car without pressure. The whole team was amazing and took care of me as if I was family. Ask for Kelly when you go in.
