Nicest laundromat in the entire of El Dorado County. Perfect location to stay busy while doing laundry, especially with kids! The owners are so friendly & kind. You dont need quarters! HUGE plus. They have a bathroom & its always kept clean & the maintain the machines regularly. Prices are great as well. No negatives about this place 😊

I had 8 garbage bags full of laundry to do. I walked into Sierra Laundry and there were only 2 other people there (11 am on a Thursday). I used the 3x load washers and the 4x load dryers. Very clean place and pleasant radio station (New Country). I also love the credit card option (no need for quarters!).

I love the Debit Card use rather than coin. I hope all laundromats will go this rout. I love this air conditioned clean laundromat. I did have one issue when my debit card was charged and the dryer did not work. I never did get my 4.00 refund although the assistant claimed that the program they use ..said I got a refund, I didnt. Other than that I love this place.

New machines. Reasonably priced. I did 15 loads in 2 hours. Cost $40 ( $6 for 3 loads wash, $2 for 3 loads dry ).

Very nice laundromat. Clean. Machines all take debit cards except for the soap machine. As far as I am aware there were no employees on site.

Very clean & well maintained. Signage was good for how to use machines. Dryers have option for quarters or debit/credit card.

This is a clean and modern laundry, it also feels safe and secure,the bathroom requires a code so that not just anybody can use it. This is the only laundromat I will use.

We come here every time to do our *ahem* mass amounts of laundry and it the place is always clean and we can get all of our laundry done in a fraction of the time (and probably cost) than what we could do at home. I especially love the huge tables to be able to fold all of our laundry on so we dont have to do it in our small space at home. Theres usually good music, except today theres a static lol but its okay because every other time has been fine.The only thing I would suggest is getting a kickstand for the doorway because we hit our knuckles on the way in/out if someone isnt holding the door for us. (I obviously cant knock a star for this, but I just wanted to suggest it because it would make it a lot easier to get into the place).

So glad this space is newly opened so I can wash my big bedding and sleeping bags. We havent had a laundromat up here in over a year and this one far exceeds my expectations. The machines are clean and affordable and I like the dollar special on the small washers. I will definitely come back again.

Its clean, central location and machines work good. Plus prices are reasonable.

Drop off your laundry and get it back the next day folded and bagged up. Update, no longer have drop off folding services. :(

One of the best places to come and do laundry. There always clean and if there is ever a problem with a machine they are always a phone call away. Thanks for taking such pride in your facility and making nice to go do my laundry.

Excellent facility! Very clan and all new modern equipment. The machines even accept credit cards! The owners are wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend this business.

Spotless and lovely. All large load washing machines but perfect for us after a house fire that took our laundry room! Grateful for the lovely experience!

As far as laundromats go this one is always clean. The machines are a bit pricey in comparison to others Ive been to. They have a bathroom on site that you have to call the number on the door to get the code for.

Update Im changing my review since I had a knee-jerk reaction the persons refunded money but still way over crowded for me Seriously the jam-packed machines in there dont give you any room to walk around fold clothes and then when you use the dryer is steals your coins the laundry detergent dispenser Steeles your coins it was completely bad experience all the way around I will go somewhere else place was jam-packed dont know why you cant even get a machine Im going back to Ponderosa much better everybody else was complaining how the machine to rip everybody off too so it wasnt just me🙃☹😠 PS you have to have a code for the bathroom really a code you cant even walk into a business now and use their bathroom when youre using their establishment seriously get an attendant to watch the place you need one bad business
