So frustrated with not being able to connect on the phone website info is limited and nowhere to go in person. Understandable with the pandemic however this is people’s life money makes the world go round and the transition toward the sept 4 cut off should have been more prepared. 7 weeks now I haven’t received anything and can’t get any update was told up to 4 weeks now it’s 6 to 8…just frustrating

This place its not open in this location, I went there but the building its empty, they moved to the Burlington County. Once I went to their actual location they said they are not offering any service in person, people have to call to their phone number.
Trying to call NJ unemployment is a joke. Yet another clear example of a government run agency that CAN NOT service the people of their state effectively! What good is having unemployment deducted from your paycheck if you CANT GET TO YOUR FUNDS WHEN YOU NEED THEM!!!???
This place is closed to the public do to covid19 they say. Total garbage, I lost my job do to covid19 so let me collect what is in titled to me. As a safety net. Its bs, cant get them on the phone and now their closed.

All I can say is they need to do better in terms of customer service and helping the public do they not know that they are there because of the clients and that it could be them on the other side meaning unemployed treat people how you would want to be treated! there are some good workers so I will give them credit that are really there to help the customers / clients but other than that I cant give him any more credit

I accompanied my friend to the Unemployment Insurance Claims building. The employee who helped us was very personable and provided us with the information that my friend requested. We also reviewed some other job prospects that I hope my friend will follow up on in the near future.

I went to get unemployment and before I even went I was blowing chunx. The smell was unbearable and it was coming from inside the office. Wont be returning.
Was a pain. You had to stand in one line. Then go to computer fill out stuff and talk to representative. Then go back and stand in 1st line again. For the receptionist to print out what u just did on computer. 😳
Dont have all the resources you need to find employment. Just a printer there.

Waited 2 hours in line to use 1 of 8 phones (was told I could not call from home) then was on hold for 45 minutes to be told that I cant collect. I work out of state lost my job because of a hurricane. I told them that before hand wa s told to come in and call to collect. It was a waste of my time and the people waiting after me. Just say no right away, why build up my hope.
Worst phone representatives on the planet. Hung up twice on my spouse after she asked for their names or a supervisor. Seems to be a trend within the entire unemployment network. I mean if you hate your job, do something about it. Unreal

I dont know too much about unemployment because Im not on unemployment but when I was it do take a long time for them to answer the phone but I found out if you call before the date that you supposed to like safe and she was supposed to call on Sunday dont wait till 2 I want to get up early in the morning and be is quick as you can on the phone thats that stops you happen to wait so long
