Never ever answers the phone. Leave messages for a man with a heavy accent, and if he does call back....which is extremely rare. he is sooo rude. There has to be some drastic changes to this office. Afterall they come to work, and have a responsibility to be polite and do their job. How come no supervisor ever notice this much incompetence.

Every time we call they hang up and never help us. Horrible customer service.Never call there ever.
