Flow is hands down the best gym in Maine and in my honest opinion - anywhere! The level of professionalism matched with the warm welcome this crew gives each and every student, its hard to not call this place my second home. Great place to train! I was in a trip from Illinois and stopped in for a private. Hayden is super friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great and the facility is clean with plenty of space. You could tell it’s a great family atmosphere. Not sure if I’ll ever be back to Camden, it if I am I’ll definately be stopping in again.

I had the opportunity to train at the school while vacationing with my family around the Fourth of July. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.My six year old son enjoyed the kid’s class. He made some new friends and didn’t want to leave.I would highly recommend this school.
