*SCAM ALERT* after compared the quotes from other company, finally I contacted J2 MEP (I though this is a decent company with actual address, phone, email, and website. But it all scam) I spoke with John Sears. He gave me the best price of all, so I decided to hire him to draw plumbing, Electric and Fire Alarm. He asked 50% retaining fee, so I gave him the money and all the architecture drawing he needs. A few weeks later, I try to follow-up with him, though many phone called and text, he finally responded with a busy excused. 2 months has passed, I called him, texted him, leaved messages, but never get a hold of him. So I went to his office (the address has listed in the contract and the website are two different addresses) The first one is a rented office space, and they told me John Sears hasnt rented the space for over 2 years. So I went to the second address with has shows in his profile, and no one has heard of John Sears or his company name J2 MEP. Now, I know this is a one-man company. I tried to reached him through the phone a again. The phone rang but no answer. 3 moths has past, I have to hire other company, they never asked for retaining fee (deposit) and completed in less than 2 weeks. I just pick up the drawing and pay them the cost. I has wish I knew them earlier. SO BE AWARE OF JOHN SEARS AND HIS COMPANY, J2 MEP DESIGN CONSULTANT. HE IS A SCAM MAN.
