I never do these reviews but I definitely had too. First off, I get a charge back and I sent in my rebuttal email with no response for 10 days until I may a phone call. And on top of that. The letter I received was also on the 10th so it had already expired and I couldnt even state my case nor show evidence for my rebuttal. Which means I lost out on a lot of money. Also when I called customer service. And I get it, we are in a pandemic, but to only have one person answer phone calls in unacceptable especially with out extending any timeline which I can rebuttal any claims.Not to mention these guys charge way to much on fees. Terrible terrible company.
Out of all the merchant services our company has done business with over the years, none have been nearly as competent or transparent as goEmerchant. With goEmerchant, you know exactly what youre getting. You get consistent, exceptional customer service and accurate billing. Weve been with them for years and have never had any discrepancies. I would strongly advise any business looking for this type of service to hire them.

A few weeks ago, I got a significant chargeback, and it seemed like we might not be able to make payroll. Thankfully goEmerchant was there to help me fix this challenging situation. With their guidance, I was able to dispute the chargeback and ended up winning. Grateful that I have someone like them on my side.

Terrible......took $500 out of my account and renewed my contract without my consent. Then made me pay $200 to get out of a contract I didnt sign? I would not recommend anyone to them unless you like to give away money for nothing. Theyre customer service department is very unprofessional and cuss at you? I guess this is where you get a job when you drop out of 9th grade and/or go to any type of a 10 week program school. This place is a joke and a scam

Got referred to them by a friend, and Im so glad I was! For the price, goEmerchant is, in my opinion, one of the best options for any new business.
I am a long time customer of goEmerchant. As time has gone by, the payment processing end has exhibited many errors. This is now the second weekend in two weeks where payment processing is not working. goEmerchant does not have weekend tech support. I am being flooded with email from customers who are unable to complete an order on our website. When this happened two weeks ago, only 25% of the customers who attempted to order when the system was down, reordered. If you want to lose business and alienate customers, choose goEmerchant.
