I called this place seeking home owners insurance. I was given a quote based on a few questions. I was satisfied with my quote, but had questions about the policy and what it consist of in detail. I didnt ask the questions over the phone because I figured Id ask in person. Well lets say the lady that was helping me was very irritated and hostile towards me even though I remained calm and talked to her with respect. I just wanted to pay for the policy and leave; but she denied excepting my money and said shes not selling me a policy if I dont know what Im buying. Well duuhh thats why Im asking questions. She told me I should have asked all my questions on the phone. She said shes very busy today and dont have time for this and even threatened to walk away from the window and refuse me help. I reponded that Ive been waiting an hour you can give me 5 minutes in which she had no choice. By that time I felt disrespected and was NOT going to give my hard earned money to a business that allows theyre employees to treat people as if they are waisting theyre time. I should have felt comfortable when handling business but I wasnt. I had a thousand dollars prepared to spend on a policy. The policy she had prepared for me was 466$. There are other insurance places out there that treat people with kindness and respect and thats were I will take my money.

Forthable Insurance thats Good Nought. Thanks. March 5 of 2020 I had a Bad Experience with a Employee. I was trying to get New Insurance for my Car. On this Day they Close at 3:30 pm. She ask if I have ID and Registration. I have my Old Registration I can go in get it. She said Ok, I came back around 3:06 pm. I get there she told me come back Tomorrow and I said to Her I wouldnt came back if I New you was going to tell me come back Tomorrow. She said to another Employee it takes to Long. That Wright there was Slap in the face. Reason for saying what I am saying. I was on time Before Closing. To make matters worse a Hispanic Female came walking in the Irizarry Insurance Agency. As I was leaving. They wait on Her. It Dont matter what she was in therefore. Point I am trying to make. You was still Operating your Business. Real Bad Customer Service. I was Real Nice about it I could of said something to Her but I didnt. If the Agency let her get away with Bad Customer Service. That will tell you what kind of Business they are Running. This is the Truth

Hilka and all the Girls are extremely nice. I have been with their insurance company for 9 years. I Never had a problem with anyone there. When I walk in, I feel like Im walking into my families house. Very family oriented and professional. Keep up the good work!

I feel like they all work differently. They all tell you different answers to the same question or concerns. They are super lazy too. If you dont know them personally or are friendly with them they will make your wait longer and experience harder. I only go here because its what i can afford for now. But if you can get another car insurance I recommend you get it in another place.

I had called the day prior and the person I spoke with told me to call the next day to get a quote . Well today was the next day and when I called I was put on a brief hold and when the lady got back on she stated they only do quotes in person??? Every insurance I have ever known you can get a quote online over the phone?? If a person doesn’t have insurance how would they be able to get their a friend had referred me to them and I’m very disappointed I was looking for a cheaper price and well sometimes in certain areas if you’re not the same as then they won’t move for you . At first this place was great to go and get your car insurance, and you didnt have to wait so much. Now you go and the waiting be so crazy last time I was theyre I waited 2 hours just to get my car insurance, the women they have there they talk to damm much their are like 7 women and instead of doing your paper work they doing other stuff .They are not ignored.

I have had insurance for years with this office and I have never had any issues. They try there best to accommodate each and every customer. Sometimes you cant please everybody. People should stop complaining since alot of offices dont even do dollar a day. I travel to Camden just to do my insurance with them because they always help me.
