This place was a super clean, fully automated amazon pick-up/drop-off place. I had a very easing experience of returning items there. Not only this Cambridge location and another one nearby Boston University, but also the additional location should be opened in the southern part of Boston as well. Overall, it was awesome place for those of the amazon lovers.

Get on the app and request your code before getting there, its take 1 to 4 minutes to load. Pretty effective. They offer free returns also, no need to bring a box. I love it

Fast, really nice employees, I love that they accept cardboard for recycling as well as the shipping envelopes! Please dont throw all those Amazon envelopes away.

Here is the overall convenience to use. Amazon members always kind and provide excellent service. Sometimes recipe printer is stuck for the paper out. In this case, you can go front and push the ring button then the members will help you.

I recently returned a gift at this location, and I was very pleased with the service. I hadnt brought my phone with me and had trouble logging into my account to print the return label. Ralph was very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me print a label and return the order.

I had to drop some returns off and had a really great experience. The young woman at the desk was extremely helpful (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) & it turns out you can print your labels, find packaging, and tape, etc. right at the location. Really smooth, highly recommended.

I come here primarily to return items back to Amazon, although you can use the location for pickups of your orders as well. Very centrally located within Central Square. They provide packing tape and box openers at the return area as well as plastic bags of different sizes for returns. I prefer returns to Amazon at this location as Amazon rapidly acknowledges your return and as a result processes refunds much quicker!

This is actually extremely useful. Can get items in one day if you pick up, and returns are extremely easy..they will even print the packing slip/return label for you, if you show them the QR code on the Amazon App or your phone.Most items dont even need a box, just bag it up, seal it, stick on their label, and as soon as they scan it, Amazon considers it returned and you get your refund immediately!

Review for returns: It was surprisingly easy, fast, pain-free. If you already have the package labeled, find the return area in the store and just drop it off in the bin. I received my refund within a few hours. If you dont have the label printed, you can print it there and they have all the supplies to repackage the return. Theres also an associate working if you have any questions.

I dropped off a return and asked for a receipt . The woman was adamant that we didnt need and we would get an email from amazon within the hour.. Of course, we never got the email, and now Im spending my morning trying to get credit for the item we returned.

Went today to pick up an item. Opened the locker door and there was an envelope that was open and empty! Asked the attendant, and he went in back and said he didnt find anything on the floor. Crazy. Someone placed an open empty envelope in the box. I dont know if my item was stolen in back or somewhere in the supply train, but an empty envelope should not be delivered. I dont blame the staff, I blame Amazon management for not having procedures for when the shipping container has been opened and theft has occurred. Attendant gave me Amazon phone number, spent an hour on hold with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I spent over a hundred dollars on items to have themDelivered to the wrong address, Then Received Horrible customer service !!!I am a prime member of amazon and I order off of here all the time. I ordered a bunch of items that were delivered to the wrong address. This is the second time this happened to me. I did not want a refund I wanted them to resend the items but they could only resend me 2 out of the six items I purchased so I said never mind I’ll take the refund. I then get an email saying I’m going to be a investigated due to this being an on going issue when they should be investigating the shipper being that they have a responsibility to make sure the packages gets to the correct address on file.. it was delivered to the building next to mines and I know that because amazon customer service told me, but they were not able to tell me which build so I could go get my package myself. I am very upset and do not appreciate this customer service.. and I am not even able to repurchase my items due to most of them now being unavailable or out of stock and no one has tried to work with me to see if they could even help me at least get similar items!!!! I’m honestly considering canceling my prime membership and no longer using amazon.

Central Square can be difficult to navigate, but there are 3 out 4 spices for free parking 15 minutes. Quick process to drop off returns.

Packages at my apartment building sometimes walk away on their own. So Im really happy for Amazons location here! They take larger items than the lockers at Whole Foods, and will hang on to them longer too. And I unpack and recycle packaging before I leave, so I dont have to mess with that at home. You can also return items directly to Amazon here. Its awesome.

Super convenient location, very easy to have Amazon orders delivered here and picked up. They have goodies from time to time, like free gift wrap supplies around Christmas. Best to arrive by the T, but there are two public pay lots nearby. The closest is the Green St Garage, the other is the Municipal Lot behind HMart and located on Bishop Allen Dr.

Easy to return things for which you have already printed out the paperwork. Theres a kiosk that offers to print out return documents, but it doesnt seem to have any QR code or other mechanism for quick, secure logins. I am never going to type my credentials into the thing!I have yet to use the pickup facility but it seems useful.

Might be great if you live in Cambridge. But super inconvenient if you live anywhere else! They were nice and the processed my return really fast. But the location is a bear.

Doors open at 9am but lights were out and doors were locked had customers waiting 10 to 20 minutes outside in the freezing cold

They have an indoor bike rack so thats a plus. I wish they had more bigger bags for returning larger items. The attendants are always pretty cordial and helpful.

Convenient place to return Amazon orders, pickup orders that couldnt be sent to smaller locker locations, and has friendly on-site staff that have always been helpful when I needed it.

Straightforward pick up center. Sometimes they have pushy staff around that try to show you how the whole thing works (Ive been here before man, back off) but otherwise its a person free experience, great for introverts like me.

Simple and pain free. The gentleman who helped me out today 9/26 around 12:15 is the man. Hope I dont have to return anything else to Amazon but If I do, I look forward to returning to this location.

Never a problem returning packages. Easy to get to.

Supposed to open at 8am, but no one was there. I waited for 20 minutes with about 10 other people before I called amazon and asked them to send me labels to ship my package via UPS. Not sure when or if it ever opened as I had to leave. The Amazon help line apparently has no way to contact the store or any sort of manager.

Terrible customer service by Amazon (not this Amazon Hub Locker - they have very nice staff): Apparently my Amazon account and prime membership is closed (either by my mistake or not) but I cannot see any instructions or follow up emails about my situation. I have credits on amazon Prime Store Card and also have credit in my amazon account (due to a recently refunded item). I cannot access my account anymore as it is apparently closed (while I can still see my name and my purchase history, etc on my browser) and Amazon has left NO way for me to contact them through online Chat or web. The only way is to call the customer service number. I have tried couple of times, lots of holding on the line, and havent heard anytime at the end! Very disappointed with terrible customer service!!

Efficient and convenient. Returns have never been simpler.Dear people complaining about a lack of parking: Thats intentional. Its in freaking CENTRAL Square. Stop driving around our downtown. Park outside the city and use public transportation. You can also use 7-Eleven Amazon Lockers, or go to the post office like decent suburbanites.

There is nowhere to park around that area, Unless you want to risk paying $40 ticket or your car been towed.

Poor customer service. Item could not be returned at that location (reason unknown) and the attendant behind the desk acted dumbfounded and offered zero insight or assistance.
