7/13/19 Driver on Mystic in Cab 160 plate 2344 driving at 9:00 PM in the dark with no lights on. Ignored blink on / off signals from me in car behind. I dont know if the driver is a senior citizen or had a recent tragedy and isnt all together there. But that driver is not safe, please contact him/her and correct this behavior.

I have used them in the past, no problem, but now their phone system didnt work. I couldnt speak to anyone to book a ride. Are they still operating?
