I found the tutoring provided by Signet Education to be first rate, not only in terms of content but in communication and user-friendliness. Sessions were scheduled well in advance but they were also flexible in making adjustments to the schedule when needed. Our tutor was fantastic, she seemed to readily assess my sons temperament and provided the right blend of emotional support while still helping/challenging him academically. We were provided with timely summaries of what content was covered in each session along with the tutors assessment of the areas in which my son was competent and what areas still needed some work.The billing was clear and it was easy to make payments. Not only did they pair me with an AMAZING tutor, they also supported me in every aspect during the process. I am from Boston so I live fairly close to Signet. I am a freshman in college and I am declared as a Biology major. Im am almost halfway through my first semester and I have been struggling badly in Chemistry. After failing my first 100-point chemistry quiz with a devastating 30%, you can just imagine how I felt! I can happily say that finding Signet Education and tutoring with them has truly helped me. I entered feeling hopeless and so behind compared to the other students in the class, and after 5 hours of tutoring I left feeling more confident! My tutor was clear, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Today I had my Chemistry Mid-Term exam and I have never felt so relieved. I was referred to Signet Education by a respected editor of a local newspaper who said the tutors there were the best SAT prep outfit in the Boston/Cambridge area.My son had aspirations of attending a top tier university, but his preliminary SAT assessment indicated he had to improve his test-taking skills if he were to reach this goal. Totally 100% blown away thrilled with Signet.It was a somewhat stressful decision in finding a good consultant company - both from a fit and price perspective. I became familiar with Signet Education in my junior year of high school when I was looking to find assistance in raising my SAT/ACT Score. My tutor/mentor was Jay who first began the process by arranging a Skype conference call and creating a profile of my target scores and what I was looking to achieve. Over the course of the summer I spent time studying for the ACTs with Jay. The first ACT that I took was a 29, and from there I was able to raise it to a 31! This past fall, during my senior year of high school, Jay assisted me in the college application process. The college search process that Signet Education provides is amazing. It allows you to narrow down your search based on numerous factors including standardized test scores, gpa, geographical locations, interests and school difficulties. Additionally, Jay also helped me in the essay process by reading and providing suggestions for each essay that I wrote. He also took the time to re-read each essay every time I made changes until it was finalized. The flexibility and responsiveness offered was outstanding and I was able to contact via Skype, email and phone on a need-be basis.
