Continental Currency Exchange at the Cambridge Centre is my go-to for picking up currency. I have always found their rates to be much better than the bank rates and even more so with the VIP card. Service is super friendly and professional. Natalia, the manager, has helped me on numerous occasions and has always gone out of her way to answer all my questions and give me tips. I have saved time by ordering money and denominations ahead of time. Staff will give a friendly call when everything is ready. Such great service! Why would I go anywhere else?

Im a flight attendant and been dealing with this place for a year now and havent had any issue getting currency. I always email the staff when I know Im going to be traveling for work and before heading to work ..I stop to pick up my order. Never once had an issue getting what I need. Staff at this location always makes my travel much easier. Keep up the good work.

Let’s just say if I could give less than 1 star I would. I went in to get my money exchanged and they were super unhelpful especially the manager. They just kept saying they’d order me in money. All of the women sat there staring at me with no regard to helping me. Fairview is great and we’re so helpful, they put everything on hold for me I can’t wait to go pick it up from them tomorrow. Do not go to Cambridge location. Awful!!!!!!!!!!!

The branch manager at this location is so lovely. She is always so sweet to me and treats all her clients with so much care and respect. I come to this location purely for the amazing customer service.

I love that their rates are the best in the tri cities and are better than the bank. I will definitely keep going to this location!! :)

Horrible experience! The employee Kiran was very rude! If you have a membership card they tell you, you dont pay a service fee. She charged me. I questioned it and then told me she couldnt reverse it cause there was no manager on site but if I came back another time with another transaction that I would get it back plus a better rate! So I said what if I exchanged more money right now! So she said I could and would give me the employee rate and more than make my service fee back! So then when I questioned her on the difference from the membership rate to the employee rate it still wasnt enough to get my service fee back! Half!!! This employee is a liar and rude! Does she think people are stupid!!? She should not be in customer service!....do your research people! Youll get better rates elsewhere! This company isnt up front!

I travel several times a year for work. I always go to this location for my money. Last few times I have gone the service has been such GARBAGE. Aside from charging the new service fee. Ive never felt like such an inconvenience. The Managers service isnt any better, I dont know if she understands she is yelling but its insanely unprofessional!! Im now taking my business to the bank. Their rates are basically the same as this location now. There isnt one thing that makes me want to keep my business here.

They were all very friendly, the man working was very helpful and I feel like they really went out of their way to get me the best rate. I also was unaware of their VIP card, so the gentleman signed me up for that as well.10/10 experience and I will be returning for sure!

Do not believe these fake reviews! Instead, please listen to the accurate and insightful 1-2 Star reviews! The service at this branch is terrible! I would rate my experience 0/5 if Google made it an option.It is quite evident that the staff working at this branch is extremely uneducated and incompetent when it comes to FX. They can never answer my questions and consistently struggle to do their job (i.e. count money). Sadly, the manager is no better. She is extremely loud, volatile, and flat out rude... unacceptable in customer service, and its clearly trickled down to her staff (Kieran?)Heres a tip for my fellow traders... Check your banks rates via their online app. For most currencies, it is much cheaper (and much more convenient) to order it online through your bank (ESPECIALLY CIBC!) rather than buying it at Continental. Furthermore, get online and do some research! It is often much cheaper to withdraw foreign currency from an ATM on your trip (youll usually pay market rate + 2.5% from your bank).If you absolutely insist on visiting CCE, head to the Fairview Park Mall location, Better rates (Cambridge yells at you when you ask for them to call over and match Kitcheners rates) and much more pleasant staff!
