Great place to work! IEc takes price in their employees and the quality of work they produce for clients.
A very liberal challenge - as in do you want a lot of nothing, much ado about nothing. I worked for them for over 2 years. Their corporate culture is like a swarm scene of the Walking Dead on American Movie Classics - all inclusive, patriotic, but not very classy at all, deadly infectious. They had a very well earned reputation, especially locally, in the early 90s that they belied, and I do mean be-lied. If you have the resources and knowledge to research them, start with the now defunct Boston Phoenix Newspaper appropriately enough. Word of warning - they certainly have the resources, and very liberally at that, to belay any attempt. They are way beyond Trojan horse gift giving, more like a horse race, with off track betting, having jockeys, male and female, tall and short, of all types, all clamoring to mount up in a career track to the most inner circle of hell - like receiving in all its intimate ways a famous condom with a hole in it. Working there ruined my life and future, I am now officially permanently disabled.
Excellent company culture and fantastic people to work with. Below average pay, but super generous benefits more than make up for it!
