Its very important to me to have clean, sterile tools, and know that what is touching my feet hasnt just scrubbed some strangers. So 5 stars to Rubys for their meticulous cleanliness! Fresh pumice stone, toes separators, buffer, and file provided, for u to keep and bring back ($3 charge) basin liners used, and fresh tools between clients. Shop is new and very pretty, excellent chairs, soothing music, relaxing atmosphere. Deluxe pedicure took 1 hour( with polish and nail art) . Only negative was during my 11yos manicure, the new file on her short nails cut her skin, and we all had to repeatedly caution them that the water, or towels were too hot. thats a preference for us, but in some instances that can be dangerous so be aware to test temp 1st! Overall, I would definitely recommend, will come back here. Staff was awesome very friendly. Cash tips only, drinks offered, wine over 21, free wifi. Free no fee ATM in shop.

Ruby nails is very clean and professional. Their customer service is top notch. I have gone to several nail salons and this spa ranks the highest in my opinion.

I asked for full set acrylics and they said ok. she was doing my nails and sometimes she cut my skin or went over it instead of my nails, the first thing i noticed when she did the nail polish is that she started really high up the nail instead of at the bottom so it already looked a bit grown out. after she was done with the nail i noticed that it was gel but i didn’t ask for gel. on the website it says that acrylic full set is $25 and since they gave me gel without asking i had to pay an extra $20. it’s been a week and my nails already look fully grown out. i called them and explained to them what was happening and they were acting very clueless and weren’t cooperating at all. my nails overall look very crooked and unprofessional.

I’ve always received awesome service and beautiful nails here! So I’m really surprised that this last appointment I was pretty unhappy. I had a full set put on at another salon, it wasn’t a very nice set so I let them grow out and made an appointment here to have the tips soaked off and a dip set put on. The tech didn’t remove the acrylic all the way and applied the dip powder over the previous acrylic. Only a couple days later I had lots of chipping happening on the corners and my thumb and pointer nails broke right away. Very disappointed. I’m not sure what changed here but I’m sad to say I don’t plan on returning.

I went in to get my dip nails removed and get gel polish and instead of soaking off the dip nails they ripped off the layer of dip with a fake nail and ruined my natural nails after that I just wanted to leave and got charged $10 for unprofessional service and damaged nails.

Ellie did an amazing job on my nails. Did them exactly the way I wanted! They’re not too bulky or too long. It’s perfect for my job! Definitely recommend this salon to everybody

I have been to this salon on multiple occasions and can honestly say they arent the best. They really try to pamper you but the skill is not quite there. Would not recommend.

I hate leaving a negative review but I have to share that if you want a well done manicure, this is not the place. I came here with a few friends and we were all disappointed by the quality of our manicures. Meaning 3 different people worked on us and none were much better than the next. My friends did shellac and I did acrylic nails, all poorly done. I had to go back later that day to ask to get my nails fixed up, I feel like it was all rushed and attention to detail was not there. After my second round it was better, but still not great. I am sad to say this because the staff was so nice and friendly and if it was a review for that, they would do great. But I go to the salon to get a great manicure and this place did not do it.

Love this place. The ladies are always so nice! Today they went above and beyond. I brought my infant in today and not one but two ladies helped me at two different points of my visit with him. Thank you!! They always do a great job as well. Environment is very relaxing too.

Worst dip nails I have ever seen. Tried to point out how thick and uneven she made my dip nails and she said it had to be like that because they were sparkly. Which is not true I have had dip sparkly nails before and they weren’t extremely thick like this. She didn’t clean up my cuticles at all as well. The service was extremely rushed and poor.

I have been coming back here 5 times now. Every time I leave highly satisfied. Nails are amazing. I Have done solar and dip and satisfied with both. Also had couple pedicures. Friendly staff. Gorgeous salon. Lasting work.

They do a great job cleaning and painting nails. The salon was one of the most pleasant ones Ive been to. The ladies were super nice, but one time I was there I had to wait a bit even though I called ahead.

I am a teacher at a school nearby, and was referred to Ruby’s by a colleague I work with. Ruby’s was everything my friend described: beautiful, super clean, friendly and courteous staff, and their work was amazing! I’ve been back five or six times (my go to now) and each time it is such a relaxing, satisfying experience! I do the dipping powder French manicure and they literally last four weeks! I’ve referred Ruby’s to all my friends and I ALWAYS receive compliments on my nails and asked where I go to get them done!

My daughter and I love this place! The $3 kit is required for a clean service every time, just keep it in your car so you don’t have to buy a new one each time you go! We are always Offered drinks and have always had great service :) we’ve been repeat customers and will go back again.

For all you ladies that love a great clean and neat salon this is the place... decorated nicely and it’s put together. Zero sloppiness. Ask for KIM when getting your brows done. She knows what she’s doing. I haven’t experienced the other ladies yet but I’m sure they’re amazing.

Searched near and far for a decent nail place and I found it here. With great service that is friendly and professional, I am very happy with everything. Had a nice glass of wine while getting a comfortable massage. And my toes are happy as well.

Everything is still nice and clean as it is new. However, my appt started out with haggling over buying my own tools. I tried asking if it was required, but continued to be pressured into buying a $3 kit without a clear response as to whether it was necessary in order to receive service. Was then offered a $1 kit instead. Then, had my toes painted a color nowhere near the color I requested, and a totally different brand. Finally, was checking out and left the girl a 20% cash tip to be kind and accidentally added another 20% on my card out of habit. The technician didn’t say anything. Thankfully, my friend noticed and pointed it out to me before I accidentally left a 40% tip. Will not be returning. Poor service and possibly dishonest! 😒 😔

I was a walk-in and even though they were busy, they got me seated for my pedicure within five minutes. The music was relaxing, chairs were amazing and the place was clean. Free WiFi and drinks are included with your service, which is nice.

The building itself was very nice, clean and organized.I went in for a gel manicure and the nail tech I got kept complaining about my nails and cuticles, made fun of me and kept asking if I was hungry after biting my cuticles, which I thought was disrespectful, overall a negative experience. I would recommend if you need a quick nail job done, but dont expect even good customer service. I will not be returning as a customer.

I just got a shellac manicure today, and they were awesome! Very fast to get me in, friendly and helpful because I wasn’t sure which color to choose. Also offered me a drink off their drink menu. I will definitely be going back!

This place is so clean! I have had shellac pedis and dip manicures from a couple of different technicians and my hands and feet have never looked so good. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. It is a little pricier than other nail salons, but I feel it is totally worth it. I will definitely be going back.

Love the chairs but all three of us that went did not like what we ended with. Did not paint the full nail. My toe nails bleed. Will not be back.
