I had my engagement ring and eternity wedding band sized at Runyan’s and they did a fantastic job! My rings are Tacori and vey intricate but David did such a good job, I couldn’t even tell where they were sized. Their customer service is second to none and I will be using them for all my jewelry needs from now on.

I had really hoped for better. I experienced very slow service, sales staff weren’t very knowledgeable, and they just seemed to be disgruntled for lack of a better term. I hate going to chain stores but I may have to now.

I had a set of cufflinks to be engraved, so not to be presumptuous I brought them in 2 weeks before I needed them, they quoted me 1 week, but they were done the next day. Very helpful, the cufflinks came out beautiful and I couldnt be happier with the service or the finished work! Looking forward to going back again to buy more!

Brought a watch in for a cleaning. Came back with a broken crystal and its questionable if the mechanism was damaged during the cleaning too. Stay away!
