Went in this morning to ship a package internationally, The man who helped me was extremely friendly, funny and made sure I was getting the best deal. Made my day. Will be going back to ship anything from now on. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. 😄

Never had an issue with them, and theyre always helpful. Often choose them over the normal post office for shipping anything larger than an envelope. 10/10 would recommend

My husband and I went in today and the gentleman helping us was very friendly! He also engaged with us and made me fell great when he asked if my shipping was for a family member or friend! Owner was very friendly but was unfortunately serving customers without a mask or any other visible COVID protocols. If I had not already paid $65 online and needed to get my fingerprinting done, I would have walked out. Again, very friendly guy, but disappointed in the lack of regard for current conditions and public health.

Beware the $5 “data transfer fee” if you email anything to be printed, even if its a one page black & white copy. The owner is a grifter plain and simple. Told me that I should “be grateful for the convenience “. To be fair, he lowered his price down to $2.50 when I told him I thought it was outrageous. I live up the street but won’t be going back.

Great to know places like this exist where you can safely and confidently give a package to a living person who gives you evidence of the drop off! Not to mention they are very friendly and inviting! Having to send things through FEDEX can be stressful if you know what FEDEX drivers can be like 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thank you postal plus!! I will forever bring my mail to you!

Ive been in a few times during the pandemic to drop of packing materials instead of throwing them away. Neither the man nor woman working are ever wearing a mask, also plenty of people in the store, not distanced are not wearing masks either.

Phenomenal!!! Best experience mailing packages ever! Extremely friendly, polite and will take the time to make sure your items are packed with care. I will drive 35 minutes in from Portland now just for this amazing postal service.

I had an appointment to get fingerprints for work, unfortunately this did not happen because I noticed neither the man working the front desk, the customer and people grabbing packages werent wearing masks. I wondered when the counter man was going to put his mask on but it didnt happen. I began to contiplate leaving as I felt uncomfortable. I saw a sign on the door that said mask wearing couldnt be mandated so I left. Do not give this place business.Regardless of opinion, covid is real.

Very very over priced. Had a 3x5 rug in need of shipping, label was preprinted and ready to go. We were charged an additional 15 dollars to wrap the rug in plastic, for labor and materials. Very overpriced and doesnt bother telling you what it would cost until after the fact. Have had this happen twice, thought the first time was a fluke... it wasnt. Do not recommend.

They were so helpful to me today! They reduced the size of my box to reduce the price of my shipping. I am so thankful for the help and service I received today. Great place.

They really offer a whole lot for such a small business. I definitely recommend them for Notary services. The staff is super friendly and really do go the extra mile to help their customers. Im proud to support this small business. Theyll buy your gold and silver too!

Woudnt go anywhere else for postal needs.

This man took advantage of me. Im disabled young lady who came into his store asking for help. He lifted my packages on to the counter I said I think I need to buy a box this is item I have a shipping label its paid for. He then said no problem taped the two boxes together and added the shipping label. After this he proceeded to charge me $15.95 for our interaction. I was dumb founded. I couldnt believe this nice man was robbing me with a smile. I being that I have MS, a brain disease, I was confused and handed him my card. When my boyfriend called to address the problem. The man responded with those boxes where heavy so that justified bold face stealing. Be aware of this smile face!

I get why they call it postal plus. It’s the postage, plus the extra they charge for it. It is no joke $0.80 per $0.55 stamp.

Not following any covid 19 guidelines even though website says they are. No mask, no social distancing. The man working also took my phone out of my hand without asking, which is never okay, especially during a pandemic! I left right after that and will not be going back!

Lots of services- I had to get fingerprints done for background checks and they got me in and got me out- very professional and nice conversation. Great place to get shipping done. They speak multiple languages, makes it easier!

Love these guy! They go out of their way to help, whatever you are doing, whether just dropping off prepaid packages or packing and shipping for you. Helped me resolve an issue with a damaged in shipment package. Also have wrapped and shipped some incredibly difficult things to handle. Cant recommend them enough!

Great Service but an absolute and utter ripoff! Paid $60 to ship a small package with regular shipping. My mistake! Because Fedex (checked online) would have picked it up at my house and shipped it for $13!!!!!! Please, please, please check online first and go to an official FedEx, UPS, or USPS location and avoid the 300% surcharge!!!

Ive stopped by here on two different occasions and was ripped off both times. First time I was charged for the USPS box- theyre free every where else. Second time I walked in, brought my own packing materials and because the clerk walked over and helped me pack it with my own materials he charged me a $5.00 professional packing fee. I looked at my receipt afterwards and asked about this and he decided that maybe this wasnt right and offered a coupon for my next visit....no thanks. Turns out other folks I work with have had similar experiences of hidden charges. UPS store is close enough and better service.

Mitch is such a great help! He helped me set up 11 mailboxes for our company based OVER SEAS and took time out of his day to sit down with me and set up each account through the iPostal platform (it took a lot of work). I would have NEVER got this type of help and customer service from any other postal company. He made our transition so easy for us and did the majority of the work for me. Our company is looking forward to having our postal services set up with Mitch for the long haul.“perusahaan ini hebat!” 😊 (this company is great!)

Heaven help you if you have to pay for him to box up an item. This place defines UPCHARGE. Do your own boxing or just go to UPS. Ill never go back.
