Ryan and his team went above and beyond to deal with my basement water damage and give me a dreamy new bathroom. Ryan was incredibly easy to work with, responsive, trustworthy, flexible and passionate. He was patient with me and took the time to explain everything he was going to do to repair the issue. He would go so far as to text me back even on a Saturday evening when I had a question or concern. His passion to restore is palpable and he will do whatever it takes to make the end user satisfied. Two aspects Id like to draw attention to:- Customer Care: Most crews that come around are narrowly-focused on simply finishing the job. These gentlemen (Ryan, Colin, Corbin, and Ihe) showed from the moment they arrived that they were in the helping business and demonstrated that promise over 5 long days. They explained what happened, what they were doing, and the expected results. They went above and beyond to make the work areas safe for my little one and pregnant wife. They were respectful to all our wishes (e.g. excellent mask compliance, shoes off inside...the things that make a big difference to us). Most of us, they helped us feel like we were an active participant in the restoration process by keeping us informed and engaged in the progress. To add one final point: I was surprised to find out who the business owners were. Each person interacted with me and my family as though they were a full owner and had a fully vested interest in the outcomes. It was impressive to see such a cohesive team with teamwork skills as high as their individual functional skills.- Workmanship: Despite being woefully ill-informed on matters of restoration and construction in general, I could tell a noticeable difference in the quality of their work. They took pride in doing it well and went above and beyond in multiple instances. The little things like double- and triple- taping down cables, tubing, and other things that might cause tripping; covering corners that might stub a toe; using high quality materials like heavy duty plastic for quarantine zones so our home doesnt get hot from the machines or catch dust from fans. If you love your home, these are the types of gentlemen youd want to have in it.It is usually a breath of fresh air when the work is over and life returns to normal. While we were happy to have our home back, it was a bit bleak knowing I might not see these guys again. Funny to say, but great to feel. Im confident the quality and longevity of their work has been a fully reflection of their commitment to excellence.I give my fullest recommendation to Servicestar Restoration. My basement got flooded due to negligence of the City. Ryan and his crew was well worth it. They did a great job and my finished basement looked just as it did before. They were extremely flexible with their time allowing me the time to deal with the city. Ryan was always quick on communications, either responding to my requests or just keeping me up to speed on what he was doing. This is a great company.

We would highly recommend ServiceStar for water damage remediation and reconstruction. We suffered a major dishwasher leak that lead to water damage, mold, and required removal of floor, cabinets, and some walls. ServiceStar was on the job immediately, worked with our insurance company to perform immediate work to mitigate the damage. We then contracted with them to reconstruct our entire kitchen. Patrick and his crew were the most professional and customer focused contractor team weve worked with. There were no hidden costs, all work was agreed upon and estimated in advance, and most importantly the quality of their work was really good. Very happy with our ServiceStar experience!

We had scheduled a carpet replacement in August. As the carpet contractor tore out the old, we discovered dry rot from previously leaking and replaced windows. It was such a busy month to get a contractor, but Patrick with Servicestar Restoration fit us in some double hour slots and got the two areas repaired. Got the carpet installation back on schedule to only discover two other areas of dry rot in different rooms. Patrick back to the rescue for an end of day fix. Due to the unexpected nature we trusted Patrick and team in our home without our presence - all was safe and secure with excellent clean up.

A few weeks ago, we discovered some wetness under our sink. A LOT of wetness! Unbeknownst to us, our instant hot and garbage disposal had both been leaking, apparently for some time. Ryan and Patrick came right over and assessed the moisture level and damage. They replaced the 2 leaking appliances and provided us with a dehumidifier that brought the humidity reading under our sink down from 99% to normal. They made sure there was no mold or dry rot, and that the cabinet did not need to be replaced. We were very impressed with their knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. Not only did they fix the problems, they did it with an attention to communication, promptness, courtesy and detail that is rare these days. From the beginning, their communications with our homeowners association was thorough and all details of this considerable undertaking were explained and questions answered. Once the actual job began, we were so impressed with Servicestars empathy for us and the other homeowners. Most importantly, if something needed correcting or a redo, they did it promptly and without complaint.
