Very prompt, with reservations the drivers are very helpful and patient, mask are required,both drivers and passengers, never crowded, which Is a plus! Always at appointments on time, environmental friendly vehicles you could ask for one excellent for those who dont have transportation,

This place is very unprofessional, everytime I call there is a new rule for why they cant service me they are getting tax payers money and grant money to help the gthe needed they should be called in to the state for the poor job they are doing, the last ride I got the vehicle barely ran its a total joke this place

#495 almost caused an accident on the freeway by aggressive driving. 65mph in 55mph construction zone. Tailgating.

Staff has always been friendly, but they have had issues with scheduling.Wheelchair van that picked me up has seen better days, but wasnt beyond compliance.The driver was very helpful...

The drivers are excellent! I appreciate the services that VTS has to offer! Nicole is great as a ride scheduler however some of the office are inadequate at best! Della is rude and condescending! She acts as if I’m a beggar and is ready to catch me if I make a mistake on the time. I had a horrible weekend because of her. She should not be in this position!

This company has TERRIBLE customer service. Their customer service representative, DESIREEE is NOT friendly trained as the description of the company says. She has no compassion or integrity what so ever! She spoke to me very derogatory and made it seem like it was my fault. She’s extremely combativeMy encounter with Smart Shuttle. I made online reservations, 6 weeks in advance for a ride to LAX & return also. Two & a half weeks before I changed my return flight date/ time. I immediately called Smart Shuttle to make the revisions! It was a simple phone call to which I provided them my new flight #, date and time. I asked for a confirmation of the phone call of the changes which I did receive an email!My ride to the airport, the driver Reggie was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, compassionate, has integrity & great customer service! My flight left at 6a and i was picked up at 2:15a he was there on time, a little early!Returning from my trip I had no ride and called and Desiree was hostile and was so assuring that her system Was correct to show the old return flight time but for that day. I advised her of the email confirmation & that there must be a glitch in their system, she was combative, never apologized and was telling me i would have to wait you til 11:52p! (It was barely reaching 6p) she wanted to continue to get sassy and i asked how can we resolve this and she placed me on hold to say they couldnt do anything. I told her i was charged she said no we only charged you for the pick up! I asked her what would she do if this was her mother, sister or grandmother in my situation and advised her she should be more compassionate and have more integrity over the phone to someone who has written proof & is a customer instead of arguing me down as if I had something to lie about.Well the next morning I call asked for the manager Laura, who Desiree said she left a message to call me, she wasnt available so Alice, Lead Customer Rep. was told about the situation, said she will review the recordings and will properly train and reprimand Desiree as needed & advised shell call me back in about 48hrs! Well its now a month later, no call back from Laura or Alice! Dont waste your time or money. If so call call call them to make sure they have their information correct and their system is not inserting a wrong time other than the confirmation email you received!! I will drive myself or go through a more reputable company next time or pay to park my car while on vacation!!After digging on this company they are part of the BBB & their responses are completely UNPROFESSIONAL from the owner, also no integrity and it very much may just hire family members out of high school like Desiree!!This companies bread & Butter is Medi-Cal, taking seniors & the community to dialysis, doctor appts and ride homes after being hospitalized. very seldom do they drive to LAX! Even the Rams FootBall team has had multiple issues with this company. I have clients of theirs also and we compared drama stories. Who messes up a contract like that with professional athletes who travel all season long & have family members visiting?!!Laura (being a manger) allows her family members complimentary rides, who arent employees last minute; then the family member decides to get picked up at their parking garage off Dawson. Ride share? let the driver drive you, dont do half the driving and inconvenience others by showing up 20minutes late & her niece was worried about her bf where he was going to sit. The dummies did not know which terminal youre even going to! A hot mess of a family & company all the way around!Reggie is the best, keep up the great work, I tip my hat off to you! OWNER: Bad news travels fast, I will make sure to give 1 star on every site possible!! I have nothing but bad to speak on all except for the driver Reggie

The vehicles are so so bad, they need a lot of maintenance. Especially going to LA and breaks making a loud noise, door handles, engine lights on, etc. and very unsanitized from the inside. Until something happens on the Freeway and I hope your company is liable when having kids in the van. Need to upgrade vehicles

This is a terrible taxi service. They were hired by my mothers insurance to take her to her doctors appointment. They were 45 minutes late then took her to the wrong address and dumped her there. My 91 year old mother sat at the wrong place for 3 hours because Ventura Transit System never returned to do the right thing and take her to the correct place even though I called them many times. A Lyft driver was finally hired to pick her up. This company is untrustworthy and should be avoided.

This is the worst cab company ever! The taxi was trashed inside and smelled like rotten meat. The only thing worse was the smell of cigarette smoke that lingered on my clothes after the ride.Tom, the driver didnt turn on the meter and only takes cash.
