Would not use their service again. Used them for two tax years. I could’ve done a better job myself and for free. There was a mistake made on our tax documents that HR&Block refused to fix unless I pay them more money, now I had to quarrel this out with the IRS myself. They did not want to take responsibly at all. Very unhappy about this. Did not feel helped at all. Would not recommend their service at all. If you’re young they will just assume you’re unmarried and unemployed and don’t know anything about taxes. I donated a car and wanted to write it off but they just completely ignored it.Again would not recommend their service. You’re better off just doing it yourself, save your money.

I have a hard time with finances and am currently going through a divorce, my tax professional was quite wonderful.My Tax Professional (Michael) was able to explain everything to me in basic enough English that I was able to understand.

The tax preparer knew all rules and regulations and made sure all credits I am allowed to claim were thoroughly gone over. She was highly qualified and I will definitely become a return client.

This office is completely incompetent. I brought my taxes to them for the first (and last) time this year. After they basically just copied over last years return they charged me $300. Hours later while watching TV I see a commercial offering 50% off your taxes to switch to them from your previous Accountant. I went there the next day and asked about it. They seemed aggravated that I was asking for half the money back, but agreed to pay it. This was over 8 months ago and I still have not received my refund. I have called 4 times now and each time I am told that they will send the check out and should receive it in just a few days... I am seriously doubting I will ever see the money.Not sure how a company like this stays in business.

These guys are just running your info through the H&R Block software. If you have a cut and dry tax return then these guys will have you in and out and paid fast, but a little complication can cause a major back up. The people are very nice though and will take all the time in the world to answer your questions and make sure that you have everything you need.

Brigitte is the best! If Iam confused on an item she knowns exactly how to work to a a ending in my favor. She has yet to fail my high expectation of her.

Ive filed with H&R Block for years now, and I have no reason to go elsewhere.

I was completely screwed by this H&R Block, specifically by George Thompson. Last year was my first year doing taxes, ever, and while I am married, I specifically requested for my tax return to be filed separately. I was told that was how it was going to be done as there was no reason to file with my husband as he was away for almost the entire year, while I was alone with my daughter. I had confided in Mr. Thompson telling him that my husband owed the IRS money and that is why I wanted my return seperate, also the fact that I was alone for the entire year. I worked all that year, struggled greatly, and when I was supposed to get my $2,000 return, Mr. Thompson lost it all. Turns out he filed us jointly and all my hard-earned money and grief was all for nothing. I had tried to file injured spouse after the fact but it did no good as my return was already gone and on top of that, they actually expected us to pay them for it! Unbelievable and I will NEVER use the company again as it has completely screwed up everything and now there is not much we can do. I will be trying to file some kind of claim as the man will not even own up to his mistake and while we have to suffer for it, I wanted to write something so that someone else that may have our same problems will steer clear of this branch! I dont know how other branches conduct themselves but this was and still is a nightmare!
