We were planning a destination wedding. After emailing and going to pick out items, they proposed a contract to hold the date- for the goods. To hold the date we put down %10 for about $300… a few month before the wedding we had to change locations as travel to Camarillo was difficult for many of our guests. They were unwilling to return ANY of our money even with 4 months advance notice.The WORST policy ever. Even though on their website they make it seem like no problem to cancel… NO MATTER WHAT- do not give they any money to hold the date.

As a wedding photographer, Ive worked with Party Pleasers multiple times and have been blown away by their professionalism and attention to details. They nail it every time! If youre considering a rental company for your wedding or event, hire them. Theyll make your life so much easier!

This company says %10 of the retainer is non refundable …. But what they really mean is %100 percent of the retainer is non-refundable…even if you cancel MONTHS AHEAD. Then they respond and cry about it being a pandemic … well I just hope they realize that bad business practices like this will surely send their business into the ground

I was so happy with this rental. We rent from Party Pleasers as much as we can, and always have a great experience. This time however Curtis, Ruben, & Gilbert made the delivery and pick up SO smooth. Everybody was extremely helpful from the font desk gal, to the loaders. The lady in the front was very charming and connected with me on an interpersonal level. She was sweet. While the big 64 loader dude was super pleasant and helpful with loading the tables and chairs. He also chatted me up and asked how the event went--I actually felt like I had a new friend. Good times!

We booked Party Pleasers for our tables, chairs, linens, and lighting rental. They were a preferred vendor of our venue, Camarillo Ranch, and I can understand why. Through the wedding planning process, I had to make several changes to stay under budget and they were very accommodating through it all. They always communicated with me promptly, which is a major plus because I can be impatient and I dont like feeling like Im in the dark about things. Everything looked great and was placed just as I had requested. Theyre a very trustworthy vendor & Id highly recommend them to any couple looking for rentals.

Rented the bird cage for envelopes for my wedding reception. The bottom of it is really loose and I might have lost about 5 envelopes transporting it home. Needs to be tightened. The photo grill was very nice.

We catered, as volunteers, a charity event for 75 people. Party Pleasers helped us with plates and glassware. They were helpful and pickup and return was easy. Will use them again in the future.

Party Pleasers is a joy to deal with. I have rented chairs and tables more than once from them. It is nice to have them deliver and pick up for a small fee because they do not fit in my car or do I have the desire to damage my vehicle. They have a huge selection of rentals for parties but most people use them for their weddings. I know that they rent out PA system and projectors in addition to pretty much anything you would need for a party. Theres no room has Linens and Cutlery and antique furniture. The agents are very friendly and know much more about putting on parties and that I do which is invaluable Consulting time to me.

**ZERO STARS** Save yourself! Do not do business with this company. The level of incompetence, bad attitude and irresponsibility has no end. Given that I dont have the time nor the patience to explain everything that went wrong with them (we started working with them a year before our wedding), I just made a high level list below of what they put us through:* Our first meeting, we dealt with Stephanie who was rude and had a BAD attitude. And she only got worse as time went on. I had to request not to deal with her because she was such a pain to DEAL with.* Tim, the inspector that came to the wedding reception location was 45 mins LATE and arrived with such bad attitude my father-in-law had to remind him we were the paying customers.* I had to triple check ALL of their work, yes, line-by-painful-line (invoices, charges, delivery schedules, etc.) and they STILL made a HUGE mess of things.* They kept changing the delivery date right before our wedding date. Four times to be exact, once only hours before delivery and after we changed our plans to be there when they delivered.* The rentals were so beat up and badly used, Im surprised they can still rent these chairs and tables in the condition that they are in. Everything we rented should thrown away be replaced a LONG time ago. So unprofessional and unbelievable how ugly and old they were.* Every-single-time we needed something SIMPLE update or changed it became this HUGE issue.* Given their incompetence we had to make sure to ask them several (3+) times to charge a second credit card. What happened? Yup, you guessed it, they charged the wrong card AFTER we confirmed with them THREE times!I will NEVER, ever, work with these people ever again and try to help as many people as I can to inform them to take their business ANYWHERE else. Weddings are stressful enough, you dont need your vendor to make you life a LIVING HELL, before, during and even after your big day. And for what? So when the tables and chairs are FINALLY delivered they are old, beat up and overcharged.Save yourselves. Trust me.Now, were off to our honeymoon for 6 weeks and leave these people in the past, where they belong.CR.P.

Drove all around town trying to find a store to fill our daughters ballon toy up with helium for Christmas. This was the only place! Apparently theres a helium shortage...? More like supply and demand... anyways they had what we wanted and the service was quick and friendly!

This was a nice visit, had everything I wanted and more but very expensive. Any extra lil things cost as well so your bill adds up real fast so unless you know you have some dough to drop dont even bother.

I rented a 10 x 10 canopy pop up and two turquoise linens for my bridal show presentation and everything was perfect. Friendly professional service too!
