Not a great experience. No customer service and overall rude and the guy was horrible. Many cuts and he didn’t seem to know or care about doing it right or hurting me.

I got an SNS (dip powder) manicure today and I couldnt be happier. I called ahead to ask if they could take a walk in currently.. showed up about five minutes later and they were ready and waiting for me. They have a very nice color selection of powder to choose from.

Went in for a simple manicure, was helped by Mike. Waited longer for the service (45 min) than the actual service (17 min). Had the express version without the express price. Felt discriminated against. There are far better places to go to in Cam.

Great nail salon, very friendly workers here, they have always been able to get me in and out without a long wait.

I’m leaving 1 star becuase the nails, while decently done (not perfect but not horrible), their integrity is clearly fleeting as when I called, I was told a fill with gel will be $30. When I got there, I was charged 35 after already leaving a $5 tip in cash. I asked why it was $35 when I already called and was told $30 as well as $30 in their little menu booklet. When I asked the young girl at the front on what grounds I’m being charged $5 extra after already leaving a tip, she said because the manicurists ticket said so. While I paid it without feeling the energy to argue, I don’t feel anyone should be charged more without being told what for. That’s a form of fraud. They’re lucky they haven’t been reported yet. It’s only $5 which is why I’m not livid, but rather irritated that I and other women give these people our business and they scam us. I didn’t even leave with a reason as to why I was charged more. So just be warned.

Where do I start. Lynn & Stephanie are AMAZING !!! The best Nail Techs anyone can ask for. My best friend and I have been coming here for a year already and they never disappoint. Stephanie Always has new colors up her sleeve & Lynn has dozens of extras you can add onto your nails. I make sure to always get my appointment in every two weeks because they do get busy. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Just had my first experience here tonight, and I already booked my next appointment! I was lucky to be helped by Umi, and she was the best! She helped me pick the perfect color and was so detailed about making the little hearts on my nails that I had asked for. Its hard for me to feel like Im getting the perfect manicure, but she did an amazing job with the shape and they are exactly what I asked for. She was so friendly and we had a great conversation to top it off! The manager Lin(sp?) was also very nice and brought me water while I had my nails done.I already have my next appointment booked and have found my new local salon! Would highly recommend!

The lady that did my nails didnt ask what shape I wanted she didnt even out the polish so its bumpy and she gave attitude when I asked for hearts.. very disappointed

I got acrylics fort the first time 10 years ago and never got them again because they looked so bad. I walked in today on a whim and got a full set with designs. I couldnt be happier. Love my Halloween nails!!!

Terrible customer service very rude. I walk in everyone looks but doesn’t ask what can we help you with today. I was standing there for a good 6 min waiting and no one acknowledges me at all. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Came here a few times and only person who is kind is Stephanie unfortunately she was not here today. Because of this experience I am never coming back.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Trying to charge me for something I didn’t ask for and being so rude to me. And my nails are messed up too. Never again.

Lynn was very rude. I asked her if she could make my acrylics thin but they were thick and when i asked if she could make them thinner she gave me a bad look told me she was making them as thin as possible but it was very obvious that she wasn’t.

I went in thinking it would be $32 pedicure, that’s the price it has started at. Then the quickly ask if I want the delux and pointed to the price. Which states $32. But below it shows $58, which I didn’t see. Who pays $58 for a pedicure where the only extra thing they do it add callous remover. I tried to talk to the guy up front, he states I need to pay for the services.

Relaxing Ped, Theyre always nice and take great care of me. I love getting a flower painted on my toes too. Nice place.

Horrible customer service I went in to get a fill and the the blonde hair lady that sits at the front desk was extremely disrespectful. My nails only lasted one week and I had her fix them two days later they fell off. These nails are not worth the 45 dollars I paid for. I don’t recommend this place. Over price for the quality of nails

Horrible Horrinle so called “Manager”. This shop doesn’t belong in Camarillo. None of the workers live hear and does not know the culture of Camarillo. They are so disrespectful to their customers and then the manager act as if she does not understand English and they constantly speak their language when communicating in front of you about you.I am taking the next stop at contacting city hall about their business practices. I have look over most of their licensing and not all of the workers have them either.I cannot believe they are right here in the heart of Camarillo with such negativity.

I tend to have thick toe nails. Being handicapped, I am unable to trim my nails. Arriving at this spa, a new girl whips out a really small pair of clippers, takes one look at my nails, starts jabbering, running around the spa. Finally the manager told me that she was unable to provide service. Most embarrassing experience. Their loss was another spas gain.

Went in thinking I was going to come out with an ombré of white n little bit of pinkish at the bottom. They come out looking like a French manicure as the guy John was doing my nails he cut 6 of my fingers made me bleed a little horrible customer service not worth $45

Very dissapointed. Not even a week ago i went to get a manicure of pink&white acrylics. Such a bad job was done, they are already coming off. Also they are very overpriced.

Ive only been here one time before a couple of years ago it seems that they were always busy or closed as well as overpriced and now I find that their clothes for we construction remodeling whatever anyways I keep trying to check it out but doesnt seem its going to happenThey will not open again until April 15th of 2017
