Absolutely do not use this company. As stated in other reviews, you get referred out to MyApplianceService, which is not local and not deserving of our business. Over 2 months ago I got an initial estimate for repair. After several days, no follow up, so I called them. They said parts would take another two weeks. I called back after that date had passed, and they said it would be another 5 weeks. I had a back option for my fridge, so I could make do. That date passed with no follow up, and when I called them I was promised a callback from the parts manager. Never happened. I emailed the manager. No response. The service was so clearly bad that I was able to successfully dispute the charge (including service call) with my credit card.I get that global supply chain is backed up right now. Thats understandable. Whats inexcusable is the total lack of service and regard for the customer, especially one who paid the full estimate up front.Dont use this company.

Dont waist your time or money calling these guys! Not a local business first of all. They did offer a next day service appointment, which I appreciated, but when the repair man arrived he spent all of 5 minutes looking at my washing machine and then quoted me nearly $400 to fix it. Why in the world would I pay that much to fix a machine that is $750 brand new? He also said it would take at least a week for the part to arrive. As a busy mom with two kids (read>>tons of laundry around here!) there was no way I could wait that long. A $30 part shipped next day via Amazon and a YouTube video later and I fixt the machine myself in about an hour. I am not particularly mechanically inclined and have never tried to repair a washing machine before, so trust me when I say that if I was able to make this repair then anyone would have been able to. The only interest this repair man had was collecting is $75 service fee...not repairing my washer. I couldnt be less pleased with the service I received. Shame on you Allen & Sons!

Allen & Son Appliance Repair is listed as a Camarillo, CA business when googled, but when the technician presented my bill the paperwork indicated My Appliance Service.com, not a local business at all. Also when I called on Saturday, I was told the service call was set for Monday and was $80, but when the service technician presented the bill, it was $85. When I asked about this he pulled up a screen on his phone showing my name and $85. It seemed weird that the technician did not know where to find the model number on the range/oven, told me that a 50 degree discrepancy between his temperature measuring device and my oven was okay, he kept burning his fingers on the wires on his device, was very reluctant to even check out my lower over (its a double oven slide in range), and also told me he had a lot of appointments today and what did I want him to do. He did give me an estimate for a new thermostats and ignitors.

Andy was incredibly professional, explained everything, gave us good tips and worked quickly. Turned out it was only a pipe that was too long causing our washing machine not to drain. Now it works great and the price was reasonable. Could not be happier with them excellent and quick service.

Mike was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Even before knowing the exact issue, he came prepared with the right part our oven needed and fixed it all in under an hour in his first and only visit. His rate was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend him at Allen & Sons.

This is actually the best price appliance repair Ive ever met! The master that came to my house asked if I was agree with the price before he started to do something. Every other service that I called to was trying to get me pay extra money for the things that I even did not need. The help was really qualified and I was happy to pay for such a good job. My sister now is having her washing machine working poorly — I know what to do!

Fantastic from start to finish! Called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Said he would need to order a part and would call me when it was in. He scheduled a follow up appointment within just a few days and showed up promptly once again. Had the new part installed and my dishwasher working great in less than an hour. Charged a very fair price. I will call Allen & Sons again in a heartbeat if I have another appliance issue!

Even facing the fact that there was nothing that he could do to fix the problem, he ruled out every feasible action until all that was left was to replace the unit. I was impressed by the fast response, and they were on time. The person who came was very efficient and professional. He even checked our washer. He identified the parts needed, ordered them, and came back in several days. They kept in contact by text. It was a good experience all around.

They helped me out to find a hair pin stuck in my washers pump. It works now. They were also on time and responded to my call efficiently. Will use and recommend them in the future!

My oven started burning everything I cooked. I called Allen & sons Appliance Repair. They came out that same day. Will was our service guy and he was very knowledgeable shared that knowledge. He assessed the problem and fixed it. I am very appreciative of this company for their quick response.

The cost was astronomical being a Subzero, but that wasnt his fault - Fridge working perfectly since he left, and if I ever have another appliance issue, I would love to do business with Alex at Allen & Sons.

Highly recommend. Diagnosed problem in 1/3 the time as other two technicians. Most importantly, they correctly diagnosed vs two other not being able to figure out. My actual technician was very nice and considerate of the space. Will be going back for all future needs on Miele dishwasher repair.

Allen & Sons know their stuff. My dryer wasnt heating up and they diagnosed the problem immediately. They pointed out the problem to me, which I appreciated very much. They had the replacement part on their truck. They were very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I called for help because of the smell of burnt rubber in my washer which also wasnt spinning. I assumed a bad belt. When I called around 8:30 am and was given a time for a tech visit between 9-12. 30 minutes later I received a knock and here was the technician who quickly made the diagnosis and replaced the belt. He had a little trouble with his access which was hard to understand, but he did good work. Though he was here only about 30 minutes, my bill was around $177. But there charges begin when they start driving to your place. So, though I thought the charges were high, the service and speed made it worth while.
