I had an issue with a key not being able to open a parcel box. I called and spoke with Juan. Juan was so professional and very accommodating. He took my address and contact information down looked into my issue. He called me back with a follow-up and i was able to get my packages.Thank you so much, Juan! I appreciate you so much. I hope everyone else in your work area follows your customer service example!

I mail packages at least 3 times a month. The staff are always very friendly and willing to chat for a few. :)

Twice here in one week and visited three different employees, and everyone was great. Waits varied from seconds to a few minutes.Im just sad they removed the bike rack, I hope they replace it.

A nice post office, its not too large, and the employees are all nice. There is a machine to buy stamps from. Bicycle parking out front.

Our mailman (Rudy) is extremely rude to me. My last name is Christ & when he sees me today he said to me Hey its Jesus Christ.I take major offense to this statement as my religion is Christianity & Rudy uses my last name in a way that is insulting. If someone is going to talk to you they should at least be polite in using your name.I avoid him at all costs.

Post man should be READING before delivering the mail. Everyone in my neighborhood have lost packages, and letters because, he doesn’t pay attention to the Unit letters!!! Mail delivery would never be an effective job for someone with dyslexia or, little attention to detail!!

It’s nice the employees are getting extra hours delivering for Amazon w/ US postal trucks, but I wish the US post office would focus more on accurate and timely delivery to the new areas springing up around Camarillo.The postmaster general‘s at this area state they’re shorthanded in staff, but 2.5 years after moving into the area i’m tired of not receiving packages until they’ve been sent 3 to 5 times, and delivering other residential mail to neighbors within a 1 mile radius of my address.

As with most post offices, this one gets some heavy traffic but I have always been treated courteously and professional ly

I buy my stamps here. They have a convenient machine to quickly dispense them. Overall this post office good.

The single current self serve machine operating after hours is not in good functioning; it requires multiple, about 4 pressings on each button to get each step to register. It is inefficient to use and barely functional in this condition. The previous 2 machines functioned quite well. Too bad for now.

Every time I get packages from this particular place my stuff NEVER comes on time or is nowhere to be found. My package was supposed to arrive yesterday and it’s been sitting at the dang post office for 2 days!!! Can’t even call because no one ever answers and when you go down they can’t find it because it’s somewhere on the truck. If my package was on the truck why hasn’t it been delivered. This is the FOURTH time this has happened. Don’t say my delivery would be here one day by 8pm and 2 days later it’s still at the dang facility Smh THE WORST!

Called them to make sure I can come pick up my Package they said yes I came all the way from Ventura to Camarillo to pick it up. Then found out I can’t . Because it wasn’t processed. Already been a week, now it will be her on Wednesday it should get to me.thanks for Wasting my gas.By the way on the website it says it’s already been processed.

The employees are so rude and rushy, the managers suck at doing there job, packages are continuously getting lost this this the second time this has happened. im so upset i have hundreds missing from my account and no merchandise!

This post office has literally been returning my mail to sender for over 5 months despite a POBox (family and individuals both) change of address. Speaking with the postmaster didn’t fix the problem either. The supervisor Alex is an extremely rude hothead. He has yelled at me in person in the post office and yelled and hung up on me by phone. I just had a monetary check from AAA and a package from Australia both returned ‘no forwarding address. This post office is staffed with some truly incompetent rude and downright mean people and their postmaster is useless to control her staff. Absolutely mail tampering and my next step is my congressperson.

Never came across a post office staff as friendly and courteous as Camarillo. Always staffed enough to not have long lines and Ive never been afraid to ask a question. Ive been to other post offices and I felt petrified to ask for help. Made me feel like being in line for soup from the soup nazi.

The lobby is open 247 so if you have a Po box you can get youre mail anytime. The staff is helpful, I had been unable to pay for my PO box at one point and when I got the $ (3 weeks after it was due ) they let me have my same Pobox back; so I didnt have to change my address. The lobby is well lit and clean and Ive never had any issue with reciving packages or mail. Over all very good experience !

Worst staff ever. Not helpful or accommodating. All except the woman who scanned debit cards. I couldnt believe the difference between the friendly helpful staff in Oxnard to the rude/cold staff in Camarillo.

Its a great staff .once i accidentily mailed a wrong check mixup. They were so very helpful when i mailed a package. They were the Best.

Why are your employees calling the police on photographers taking pictures in public? As the police instructed you, there is nothing they can do, as its a first amendment protected activity. So why are you wasting police time, and attempting to harass people who are exercising their rights in public?

I had my birth certificate shipped with priority mail, it came stamped with DO NOT BEND allllll over it yet I open my mailbox today IT WAS BENT IN HALF!!
