Mitchell took care of our vehicle today. He was extremely polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He even went as far as to connect with me about his own experience with his vehicle, which made me feel he was more than a salesman. Mitchell took it an extra step even further to give me extremely helpful information about my wife’s vehicle which we will continue to take both of vehicles to this locations. The entire staff there has been awesome since day one! Overall, this team knows their stuff, and they are phenomenal! The manager should be proud to have a team at the Camarillo location. Could not have had a better experience. The most deserved 5 stars of any business I have ever dealt with. The office personnel were helpful and professional. The mechanic, Antonio was super in explaining what needed to be done. I left my tire overnight. The next morning it was installed in a few minute!

Great help from Mitchell and co when my new Maserati hit an object on 101 puncturing the front left tire (and that of two other cars). They explained what was going on w the supply chain for tires, helped me get the right ones, and discovered rear tire misalignment even with only 4k miles and fixed it after which it drove much better than it had off the lot. They then brought the same service with a smile to take care of tire and other maintenance issues for the two older cars in our household.

Polite and professional staff at BBTS. Great tire prices...hands down. However, had to wait for tire installation longer than expected. But, I would still highly recommend them and will return again.

I hate to do this to these guys. They really are overachievers in the friendly department. However, after a comically terrible chain of experiences, I cant imagine this group being any less prepared for dentistry than tire changes.After damaging a wheel, we concluded they would replace it. It was set to arrive the following Monday. After no communication, I call on Wednesday morning. Someone tells me they have the wheel and they will call when its ready. I received a call that afternoon that the wheel had been dropped, and it too would need to be replaced, which would happen the following Monday. Another Monday comes and goes with no communication. I call yesterday (Thursday). They happily have the new wheel and will be putting a guy on it right now.When I show up, they can not find this wheel and tire anywhere. Theyre going bay to bay, phones to ears, looking for this thing. Im finally told that someone named Greg was responsible for the wheel and that he had left the store for the day. Furthermore, there was nothing they could do until the next day. I requested a refund and was told that was Gregs job too and he couldnt do that. Then the guy telling me all of this somehow refunded me $250 and says sorry. it sounds like that was just some bad luck as if the shop that mishandled 3 consecutive orders, over more than 2 weeks for a single wheel and tire was somehow not doing this themselves. lolGod bless these guys, or something. Anything for all of our sake.

Very helpful and able to complete a fair amount of work- tires, breaks and coolant. As busy as the shop is they had be in and out in 24 hrs. Would definitely recommend.

The CAmarillo store is awesome! The guys(Jorge) are all polite, very willing to help and very pleasant. I will not go to the Simi Store (where I live), ever again! They were rude and pretty demeaning and not really willing to help! I had bought 4 tires last weds(07/28). I then made a trip to Salt Lake City and on my return when I got to Victorville, there was something in the road that I went over and blew the “less than a week old tire”. I was remiss in getting the road hazard coverage and the guy in Simi sharply said well you were asked! I know what I was asked and what I did. I simply wanted to know if they could help me out. I ended up paying another $105 for a tire and yes I did put the road hazard coverage on! All were not in my budget and will leave me short for the month!!! The fact that the guys in Camarillo were so pleasant made a huge difference! Please make sure they know how much I appreciated them!!!

I’ve been a longtime customer of Big Brand for many reasons: excellent service, friendly staff, fair prices and quick turnaround time just to name a few. I always have a great experience every time I take my car in. 10 out of 10 would recommend Big Brand Tire!

Expensive and I sat on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to find out what the status of my car was. I ended up driving to the store, stood in line, and was helped all before I let the front desk know my phone was still on hold.

Arrived at 3:30 on a Saturday with air gushing out of a front tire due to a puncture. No schedule, but was squeezed in on a busy day. Waited an hour and a half. Harrison repaired the leak and added air to the remaining tires. No charge, no need to go back into the office for paperwork. Simple interaction with really kind and polite service. Generally a great experience. Surprised that they both repaired our flat AND replaced a sheared hub bolt for free on the same day as our drop off. My only suggestion is to provide a form for customers who drop their vehicles and keys before open.

Great place. Had a nail in my tire and needed a patch. Done for free with no attempt to sell me anything, just a no nonsense fix. I will be getting all future tire and brake work here I was so impressed with the service. Not like the Camirillo Firestone that told me well sorry, guess you have to go elsewhere when I stopped by there for the issue because they opened earlier and I work nights. Bring your business here, not there.

Worst Service! Took an appointment in Jan 2021 during COVID and then reached there on time for New Tires. Was told it will be done in an hour and half with alignment check. They did not attended to the car for almost 1hour 40 minutes and then when i asked they sent someone to move the car inside workshop. Then tires were added in 20 minutes - I was able to see from the place where i was waiting. then they took another 40 minutes doing nothing. Then i asked them again and then they brought the car out in 10 minutes and was told its done. I asked the other Guy who brought the car outside of workshop if alignment was done and he said no. Upon asking he mentioned he was just told to bring the car outside.Called their head office and was told their District manager is off on Saturday and will get back to me by Tuesday. Still waiting for area manager or any of their represenatives call....... Will never use their service again.

I have been going to Big Brand Tire in Camarillo for years, and it’s gotten worse and worse. The last time I was there after a break job my car sounded like the rotor was falling off and the wheels weren’t balanced so I had to pull over and have them come pick me up, and after they balanced the wheel they had no answer for the grinding sound from the rotor and said they can’t do anything for me. Then I go back recently to get my wife’s car aligned paid $100 and the car was worse after they aligned it! Then they did my breaks and quoted me for both axels and they did only the front brakes but charged me the same for both ! And I had to go back again because my car was shaking when I braked because they never looked at my rear brakes but said they were fine and they ended up needed to be replaced as well! So I had to pay again for the rear brakes! I will going elsewhere to get service.

The showroom was very clean and open- set up for social distancing, communication throughout the process was great, and Greg, Johnathan and Chris are very friendly!Brought my car in for new tires, alignment and brakes and now my car is driving smooth again.Disclosure: I work for Big Brand, but I would bring my car here even if I didn’t. They are great!

Great experience. Told me exactly when my vehicle would be finished with oil change. Told me of excessive tire wear but never tried to upsell me. Made suggestions with no pressure involved. Now that’s what I call service. But hey.... that’s why I’ve always gone to them. Professional courteous and prompt. As always.

GREAT service. Had to get a battery replaced. It took them only around 15 minutes to replace the battery and check the charging system to make sure it was functioning properly. FASTEST battery change I have ever had. These people are professional and they know their stuff.

When I picked up my trailer, one of the tires had a slow leak. I put the spare on as I noticed a screw or large nail in low tire. Isaac helped find a matching replacement and about an hour later, my tire was ready for pick-up. Good service from beginning to end. Great teamwork.
