The service was excellent. I received same day service at 11 am. My technician, Giovanni, was very knowledgeable, capable and courteous. He provided a lot of good information during service and answered all of my questions. Great fast service at a fair price. I am very satisfied.

Called for air conditioning repair during summer heat. Received timely call back. Michelle was courteous and friendly. She made us a same day appointment...others were 1 1/2 week wait!!! Technician Giovanni was on time, very neat, friendly and found problem immediately (burnt-out run compasitor, which he showed to me). Had part on his truck and made repair. We had cold air! Giovanni became our new best friend. An overall pleasant experience.

My current HVAC system was installed by TriCounty in 2016. TriCounty has performed the maintenance on the system ever since. The past few times maintenance was performed by their technician, Giovanni P. Hes great in all respects.Most recently, August of 2021, an issue arose with my primary and secondary condensate drain lines. The secondary line was dripping water at the end of each cycle, but the primary line was clear (not clogged). They had to brainstorm with other technicians at TriCounty before fully diagnosing the problem. Once diagnosed, they fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I find the staff and technicians at TriCounty to be top notch!

This was a service check on our a/c and heater, and nothing as yet has been repaired. But we were extremely impressed with the outstanding detailed observations made by Giovanni, our serviceman. We feel we are in very good hands with Tri-County Services. We don’t actually know enough yet to be able to attest to our quote as being a good value, but I’m pretty certain we’ll find out that it is.

Nicholas was very professional when he came to repair our heater/AC. He wore a mask when he came to our door and put on shoe coverings before he entered our house. When we opened the heater closet he seemed very familiar with the equipment and immediately determined there was a problem with the heat sensor. After a quick adjustment and clean up he replaced the panels and the heater is functioning as it should. I was very impressed with his expertise and the service he provided. I would be happy to use him again and will recommend him to my friends.

TriCounty could not have been more efficient and effective in addressing our AC challenges. I left a message after hours and received a return call first thing the next day. My service was scheduled for same day with the technicians arriving exactly on time. The matter was easily diagnosed and repaired quickly. Gustavo was tremendously courteous and professional and, above all, effective. I am delighted to have TriCounty as part of the running of our household and highly recommend them.

We struggled to find a fireplace company that would help us replace our fireplace doors and screens. TriCounty has been very helpful in defining the options that we have. They were very punctual and Giovanni, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and outlined our options. If you need help with cleaning or upgrading your fireplace you need to contact TriCounty.

TriCounty Services took over the A/C company that originally installed my A/C system. Seeing ads by many other A/C companies, I was a bit hesitant to call them when that system started giving us problem. I am so glad I did give them a call. The technician they sent over to inspect the system when into great detail explaining the problems, the repairs needed, and that shortcomings of that old system. (I did not realize we had it that long.) The system that they recommended and installed now cools the house much faster and uses less electricity. Since then, they have been out to the house to do plumbing repairs and tasks I needed done. They thoroughly cleaned-up after every job. They are now my go-to company.

I appreciate the fact that Tri County called to remind me it was time for a needed maintenance service. There is no pressure if you are unable to schedule at time of their call. During the service he found that an important part under warranty was not working and repaired it right away . He also mentioned that my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors should probably be replaced which was true.

I have had Tri-County Air for many years now. They were the original installer for my new furnace and my air conditioner system. During these years they changed name to Valley Air and I am now glad that they went back to the original company name TRI-County Aire. All services done, with different technicians was completed on time and they were all professional at their jobs. During the years I asked numerous questions on the systems and they were very knowledgable on the response given to me. I would have no problem requesting their services needed. I am on a seasonal maintenance with them and I am glad. They will catch problems before they become a problem and would let me know and then ask or suggest repair on the system.I see no problem giving them a 5 star rating so I am. Please keep up the great service provided.

TriCounty Services are the very best!!! They took out a very very very old heater, installed a great new one, along with an Air Scrubber that actually cleans the air . They are so great at what they do!! All their staff is fantastic, knowledgeable, exceptional. I waited a long time and Im so glad I went with them. My home was in escow when an inspection revealed fireplace damage that required immediate repair. TriCounty Services came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had the fireplace working in less than 5 days! I am VERY satisfied with TriCounty!Ive been using TriCounty Aire ever since they were Valley Aire and I lived at another house. Which means for well over a decade.Their technicians are always personable, communicative, and polite, and wanting you to understand what theyre doing. I have them set up to check my home system every six months to try to ensure no failures when we need it most. Its been such a good experience, I cant imagine wanting to experiment and risk what the quality of service would be like with anyone else.While they may give you a window of a few hours when theyll be arriving for a repair, they always call when the technician is about 30 minutes away.

Our heater did not come on this morning. TriCounty Aire sent a technician out the same morning that I called. The technician (Giovanni) could not have been nicer. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and also performed preventive maintenance to keep our unit going strong. I will call them for yearly maintenance checks from now on.

An absolute rip off, especially if you know the actual cost of replacement parts. They charged us $225, including $125 for service and $100 for a capacitor that costs $10 on some sites and $25 on Amazon!

I thought they were coming to clean the AC, turns out they were coming to tell me the AC needs cleaning, Charged me 85.00 and the tec was here 10-15 minutes, to tell me it needed to be cleaned and that would be another 140-50 to clean it. OH....they did change the furnace filter. I will not use them or recommend them.

I had an experience with this company that, I believe, shows one what sort of business they want to run...My heater was not running, so I decided to call TriCounty Aire to come out for an $79.00 inspection and assist me to get the heater running as quickly as possible...They sent out, Nick, a very experienced technician. He gave me a written summary of his findings which stated that the indoor blower motor had failed and that the cost to replace it would be $993.78 which would include a brand new blower motor, a new capacitor, and labor. He also recommended that I change out the entire heater for $4425.00 because it might be time to get a new one.But there was something about Nicks overly familiar attitude and demeanor that sent up red flags in my mind. So I checked with a handyman that I have used and respected and he told me that maybe I should just change out the capacitor and see if that was the only problem. I then went to my local parts house and the manager echoed the same sentiment. So I purchased a new capacitor for $3.31, went home, installed it myself in 5 minutes and lo and behold, the heater started right up and is working perfectly as I write this. This common sense approach saved me $990.47.Since I would want to know (if I was the owner) if an employee had made such a grievous error, I called the owner, Shanna Nelson, to explain the situation. Instead she berated me and told me that, Nick is one of our best technicians. If this is their best technician, I would hate to see the worst. I called back a second time and spoke to Britny Neumann and she told me that Nick had checked the capacitor and had found it to be fine. I was dumbfounded by her reply and asked her to please refund the $79.00 as the inspection was in complete error. I told her that I felt that Nicks recommendations promoted the sale of parts and services that would benefit only the company. She answered a very emphatic NO. At any rate, it seemed to me that this company is very self serving and has no real interest in seeing that their customers are satisfied. It is very sad and telling when a person or entity cannot admit errors and make them right. Had they admitted their error, in a timely manner, and refunded my $79.00, I would right now be singing their praises, and probably adding 4 more stars to my review, instead of bringing these ugly facts to light.

After 2 disastrous encounters with other vendors over a two week period. I called Tri Aire, they were out in about an hour, Alfonso immediately identified the problem and fixed it on the spot, $4,200 less than the other companies. They are honest and I would highly recommend them. The system needed a recharge and a minor fix, not a total replacement that Air Works and the Right Choice Heating and Air were claiming.
