I got my 1st brand new car yesterday! I appreciate Ramon Odom, very straightforward and he not going to beg you into a deal. I believed him to be genuine. Zuvonte Madison in the finance department was very thorough and took the time to educate and explain every line of the deal. The time it took (6 hours) would have been my only complaint. I look forward to returning and referring.

I give Napelton River Oaks 5 Stars! This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from them. My experience with Napelton Kia has been nothing but a great experience each time. My last sales person Cassandra was awesome. If you go there lease ask for her.

I scheduled an appointment a MONTH in advance because my KIA has not be able retain engine oil among other issues. Once I arrived at my appointment, I was told that I would need to leave my vehicle overnight or at least until they were able to inspect my vehicle because it was too late for the service needed. They did not have a loaner for the inconvenience.They did offer a UBER so I could go home but that was still an inconvenience being that I had other arrangements such as getting to work. One associate did advise me to go to another location since they could not assist me. My issue is why wait until the customer arrives, after a month of waiting for an appointment, to let them know that they will be inconvenienced and there is nothing much that could be done. I made sure to note the problems with my KIA so that the associates were aware of the problems prior to my arrival. However, not one person had the decency of calling the customer and give a heads up in advance.

Paul Delgado was great. Positive vibes, knowledgeable and very helpful. Made the process stress free.

Had by far one of the worst car buying experiences ever at this dealership. The salesman who helped me was late to our scheduled appointment and didnt even have the vehicle ready for a test drive like he said he would when we spoke on the phone the night before. Scheduled a service appointment because my Kia has a recall.2.5 hours later, my vehicle still hasnt been serviced.as I watch customers come in after me and leave before me. Employees were talking loud, laughing, dancing, talking breaks, etc. Would this phenomenon have anything to do with the fact that the work for the recall didnt have a monetary tag attached for me? Another Customer was in there saying he purchased a new vehicle with a warranty and a $100 deductible...he was quoted one price for cash and another price if he used the warranty for repairs so, the $100 deductible ended up being nearly $400.

I accompanied my father to this dealership to look for him a new car, so i thought and we saw a 2017 Lincoln MKZ with low miles so he asked me if I liked the car and i said yes. He sat down with Solomon to get the paperwork done and then Solomon stated a much higher price due to dealership fees. My dad then decided to leave because he was not going to pay the fees. The manager stopped my dad to ask if he was going to purchase the car my dad said no and told him it was because of the fees. The manager removed the fees so he bought the car and gave me the keys and said Happy birthday. While having this car i had a mechanical problem with my passenger side window and since it was paid for and under warranty i brought it back to them to fix. Well they rigged it and fixed my bumper chrome which was also loose. Today we went back to ask them to fix it right and the manager said he was not going to fix a covered issue under warranty and walked away from us. Who does that? I will never recommend anyone to go here because they do not stand behind their products. If you sell it stand behind your brand.
