Super professional and amazing. I understand the weekend is always hard for service calls. I am glad they were able to squeeze me in and fix my AC. It was a quick and easy fix and I got my moneys worth. I will always recommend this company now, just not on the weekends🤣.I forgot the man who came out today but he is the best. They were not fooling around. They completed the task. They were completely concentrated on their work. I contacted Joyce Heating and Cooling when our boiler pump started leaking water. They had someone out that day to do a diagnosis. He recommended installation of a new pump and did an excellent job at a great price. We had the same Tech through the entire process, and he was very professional. Communication was top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him up again for any future services needed, and you shouldn’t either!

We moved to our new house recently and so we called Joyce Heating and Cooling to service our AC ready for the new seasons here. They came and did tune ups and cleaned both the furnace and the AC systems! The technicians were polite, knowledgeable and kept us informed the whole time with what they were doing. They answered all our questions and solved all problems they came across immediately. Highly recommended!

Our HVAC unit gave up on us so I started shopping around for a new unit. I found Jerry and he quickly came over assessed my issue and offered me a couple quotes. He was very well-informed and able to get us up and running swiftly! You know your AC is cold when you have the heat on in the summer!

Joyce Heating and Cooling installation crew worked a long 10-hour day to ensure our new furnace and AC units were installed. They laid down ground cloths to keep our carpet clean, plus wore booties elsewhere. They were very thorough, cleaned up all the mess afterwards, and responded to all my questions. Couldnt have asked for a more courteous and professional team -- thanks again for an awesome job well done!

Have used them to replace both heat pumps at my house. They respond quickly to emergency calls (within reason) and all the technicians I have had at the house were respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.The recent visit by the serviceman was for a maintenance contract. He continued the trend of technicians stated above.The recommendations for equipment seem relevant.

I scheduled an appointment for air conditioning repair but was asked to pay $150 prior to a technician coming to my home. I saw the great Google reviews but decided to confirm the business address. When I went to the business address listed on the website, I found there is no Joyce Heating and Cooling business at the address listed on their website.I called the phone number and a representative confirmed they are not located at the address they have listed on the website. I will not be doing business with companies that provide deceptive information.

I really like this company and the guy repaired my CA unit in about 15 minutes. I would have given 5 stars but they were a bit pricey for me. When compared with other companies.

Joyce Heating and Cooling technicians provided exceptional customer service! They were great, polite, and knowledgeable! The contacted 30 minutes before arriving and provided excellent service! They exceeded all of my expectations, kindly answered all of my questions! I will definitely be requesting them to come back in the Spring for the Air Conditioning service maintenance. 5*****!!

Do not use this company! They are unreliable and unresponsive. The manger does not return calls and they set up appointments and don’t show up. Spend your money else where!

Joyce was great. She knew exactly what was wrong with my system, gave me a simple choice on replacement parts, and quickly finished. She even checked up on some other things for free. It was refreshing that she didnt try to upsell me on a dozen other services. Left the apartment spotless after doing an incredibly through job. I hope to continue working with Joyce Heating and Cooling for years to come.

Jim from Coast to Joyce Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job on the maintenance of my 13 year old air conditioner. He cleaned it as if it was his own and replaced parts that will help to extend the life of the compressor and fan unit. Ray was prompt for his appointment, very professional and qualified and I was very pleased with his service.

Jim and his helper were very professional and courteous and addressed cleaning our vents including the one with mildew. They did explain that at some point we should replace the ductwork because not all of the residue was able to be cleared. We will do that when we upgrade our system sometime in the future. 5 stars!

Jim spent so much time explaining all of our options with us and making sure we were comfortable with our decision. Scott and Josh who installed our new AC and who did all the duct work were extremely clean and professional! They also performed some other needed preventive maintenance work on our furnace. Jeff made it here by the afternoon and repaired the AC in a very short time. He walked us through all of the possible maintenance and minor upgrades we should consider in the future in lieu of a complete replacement for our old unit. Absolutely the best, we have been using them on our commercial units for a few months now and I can always depend on them to show up quickly when we have an issue and get us back up and running the same day, they also do our bi annual maintenance and keep our equipment in tip top shape. friendly, professional and on time! We were having a problem with our air conditioner and when we called them,they came out the same day and were able to work on it and got it blowing cool air again.I dint think it would be able to work again but the techs were able sort it out. Jack was pleasant, helpful when he came to inspect our furnace. He explained the problem and took about 45 minutes to fix it and even took some time cleaning the air filter and made a few suggestions, explained what he did, and answered all my questions. Every time I call Joyce Heating and Cooling for problems Im having, they either comes out right away or sends his help out to fix the problem.I had an issue with my A/C condensation outlet, which they sent their help out to fix it with in 30 min. Highly recommended.

Jack the technician and his helper gave excellent service to my mom and I today. Jack explained a corrosion problems and showed us pictures of the problem. He also explained that mold was building in parts of the A/C system and offered a great solution for that too. We called around midday, and by evening same day Jeff arrived to save the situation.
