We have recently switched all 6 of our personal and business lines to AT&T and we would NOT have made this switch had we not gone to the AT&T store at Tyndall and dealt with Liberty! She has such great, professional and kind customer service skills as well as a thorough knowledge of her products and services. Everyone knows how frustrating and stressful switching cell phones and service can be and there were many questions asked over and over again and Liberty was patient and explained everything in detail as many times as needed. We had literally just left Best Buy and the AT&T store on Hwy 77 without purchasing or gaining any knowledge on which direction to go in terms of cellular service. I’m so glad we made one last effort to go to the Callaway store. Liberty makes you feel like a friend and takes care of you the same way! Tito is always super polite and patient with his customers. I observed him with multiple customers and was impressed. It’s hard to find people who will take good care of you these days so I had to take the time to post a review! Go see them if you want great service!!

I’ve been to the store twice once in 2020 to purchase phone and a plan. Then again in 2021 to upgrade my plan. Both experiences were not good.

Super helpful and friendly staff! It is a small store, by all means, so if you are in a hurry, you may want to seek a bigger store, but this is a great place to get the help you need! Even when they had issues with one of two computers the staff found a way to help us and the other family next to us. This store also seems to run a number of good deals on phones, and they gave is a great deal on a trade in (they gave us $135 for an iPhone 6, when they are selling iPhone 7s for about $145)!

I Just want to say the staff was really nasty to me today because I ask for a mask when I came in because I left mine in the car but they just gave my coworkers packs of them just hours ago saying they have too much and have to give them away but I guess because I’m black the same doesn’t apply I’m so not happy with the employees today at all....

My old phone started overheating. Ordered new Samsung Galaxy s20 online. Received text within 5 minutes that phone was ready for pickup at local AT&T store. Walked in and out in less than 5 minutes with new phone. Thats how you do customer service! 👍

This store has been through a few fair employees,but now they have strong management and friendly supportive sales reps that will do everything they can to provide you with a great experience with all the services and accessories they have to offer. You definitely want to give these people a chance to show you what it’s like to be treated with courtesy and honesty! :-)

The team there are great and so friendly. They know your name there! Like everyone has said the experience was great and I was able to make sure my bill was taken care of and everything!

This AT&T store is one of the BEST Ive been too! The customer service and support I have received is outstanding! Hope and Bobby are true representatives and go the extra mile to help the consumer and answer questions. Not many places I have gone to has the support system that the AT&T branch on Tyndall Parkway has. Not everyone is tech savvy, up-to-speed on things, but I had my questions answered and they helped me out tremendously. Thank you!

Do NOT do business with this store or any AT&T Authorized Dealership. This company is operating under the name of Prime!!Quinton was the manager at the time I purchased my phone. He made unauthorized charges to my credit card!! I am in the process of the dispute but it has not been without a great deal of effort. Now we looked at out AT&T bill and found out he made more unauthorized charges on our bill!! I was told by AT&T representative that this company is not an AT&T corporate store they are an authorized dealership so they cannot resolve the fraud that has taken place. This AT&T store is operating under the name of Prime. Do not do business with any of their 600 locations throughout the US!!! This company is fraudulent and does not take accountability for their employees theft!!!

I went in there with Samsung 20 + 5G phone they said that I will have 5G they took my money and I dont have 5G do not go in there with a unlocked phone will not get 5G if you buy AT&T phone you will they got my money for the first month they wont get it again

The customer service is, with no doubt, one of the best Ive ever experienced. Theyre all so helpful and attentive. They really work with you and there is no shady business. This store cons elderly people and steals their money. I came in with my parents (in their 70s) who have never had a smart phone. We looked at less expensive devices, but AT&T prices were ridiculously high. So we bought new phones on ebay for 1/2 price instead. When my parents went in without me to turn on their service, the sales person convinced them they needed unlimited data and their monthly bill is going to be $150/month for 2 people who will barely text and will NEVER EVER EVER watch a video on their phones. How many other people from their generation have you stolen from?!??! Im outraged!!!!!

This is the BEST ATT store I have ever been to. I went in with a problem and the lady helping me didn’t quit until it was resolved and she also helped 2 other people at the same time and they were satisfied also. She was sooooo nice and didn’t act like I was a burden unlike the ATT store on 77. DO NOT GO TO THE ATT STORE ON 77, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Come to this one!!!!!!!!

Dropped phone and the screen busted. Franklin was able to take care of my issues in a hurry. Will always go to this at&t store!

Staff is inept and inflexible. They sold me a screen protector and a phone case that has a built in screen protector. Then, they would not take back the screen protector that they sold me in error. There are several other ATT stores in town. Recommend going to one of those. I have also heard good things about the Verizon store just a few blocks down Tyndall Pkwy from this store.

Best experience I have ever had! AT&T was giving me problems over the phone so I came in and spoke to the callway team! I didnt even know there was an ATT there until I passed by and I was glad I did. Everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes! Stop wasting your time at these other stores when this one has fewer ppl and a less wait.
