I can tell the service manager is a good guy. He still would not admit that his employees made a mistake by writing up an estimate and telling me they would put one new tire on my wheel. I didn’t ask for them to put it on my vehicle.I bought an oil change while they were doing that and they said I could pick it up after 6. Jerry called me at a few minutes until 6 and tells me the only way they will change one tire is to change them all. The thing is, it’s not about the money…they had me make an online appointment, plus confirm it over the phone, plus come in person with the same information. They have me a quote for service and said to be back later and it would be done. No technical explanation can account for the service advisor and service manager lacking manners and it definitely doesn’t excuse making promises you never followed through with.I didn’t ask for anything free. I only asked you to honor your word. I would definitely recommend never coming to this location or any other Pep Boys if that’s how business is done there. It’s becoming clear to me why I see less Pep Boys stores around. I’ll be sure to let everyone know how I was treated to everyone that I meet in Panama City and everyone that I already know. I’m guessing that could be quantified in hundreds of potential customers over the next few years.

I showed up right at open to get a valve stem replaced on my tire. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Awesome job. Thanks guys.

I’m new to town from Orlando and in my first couple days here I went to Parkway Tires to get a patch and they left my tire off balance and refused to fix it, causing the car to shake a lot. I then came to this Pep Boys location and they were super nice, quick and helpful. Totally recommend. I forgot the name of the guy at the front desk but he was super cool.

Jesse was able to get my tire changed out, right on the spot. They were polite and gave me an excellent deal! I highly recommend them👍👍

JESSE is amazing! Had the absolute WORST day after tropical storm Fred not to mention it was MY BIRTHDAY and I had a screw in my tire! I called the morning of just to check to see if my tire was in stock and Jesse politely assisted me! Got to work and we had about 7-8 callouts so you could imagine the craziness!!! ON MY BIRTHDAY at that! Got off work and called Jesse and told him I’d be in cause my tire was slow leaking!!! Customer service was good but I had a terrible experience with Pepboys. My car was shaking very hard after I got an oil change. So I parked my car on the side road and look around it. I was so shocked!!! I saw the big part underneath of my car fell off. They forgot to put that part back in. It fell off and got damaged. It almost causes me and others an accident. Definitely not going back.

They are busy but you make an appointment and it is much better. Great service and professional. My truck is riding smooth again

The service is good, but the prices for the services change depending on who you speak with. As with all service busines, they are constantly trying to up-sale.

It wasnt my vehicle, a close friend had brakes replaced. He is a very hard person to please! Both of us are approaching 40 years turning wrenches professionally. Everything was great, price, quality of the parts and service and finished in a timely manner. Great Job!!

The people who work here are nice and professional. The place gets 2 stars because every time I come here I end up paying way more than for what I came for. Went yesterday for an oil change and to get new wipers. 100 for that, but then they find things wrong with the car and it ends up costing 500+.After giving 2 stars I get a call the next morning where they charged 175 more for something and they offer to refund me. So Ill add another star if I can. Because I feel a little better.

Friendly service. I was told 45 minutes to check a tire but it was over 2 hours. I had to call them to find out the status and then they looked at the tire.

So I needed four tires and went online to set up a date and time to have them installed. Set the conformation up online for 4pm on the 21st because I was going out of town on the 22nd for Thanksgiving. Arrive 30 minutes early and get told “there is no possible way we can get you in today” I explain that I made the reservation online and get told “oh well those reservations don’t actually communicate with the store. They pretty much mean nothing” stand there hoping he was kidding and nope he wasn’t. Told him I understood that it wasn’t his fault but that was an ignorant way to run a business. Will not EVER return to a Pepboys.

I purchased a alternator and install in my Kia. No problems what so ever. Continued Draining battery slowly. Took to Advanced auto/ OReillys to check output on meter/scanner, reading defective. Took it in to pep boys on Tyndale, waited 2 hours while three hudled around my engine. Told me 125.00 estimated and leave overnight, would probably be much more. I knew it wasnt the Aternator or the battery. Must be the high guage wire/cable between the two. Took car back, went purchased $12 cable, installed myself, problem fixed. They said they could not diagnose and to get more money I had to keep car there overnight. Wrong man.

This is a great shop im a mechanic in mich and Jesse a mechanic here really puts the customers vehicles first i drove down here just to have him align my truck and danm i was not disappointed he is a perfectionist and a hell of a guy i would recommend him everytime and thats coming from a mechanic who doesnt trust anyone with his truck .....you guys rock

I called this place to have my oil and transmission fluid changed as well as my headlights. After I was called and was told that my car was ready I double-checked over the phone before I got there that they made sure to change the oil transmission fluid and headlights. I was told that all items were done. When I got there to pick up my car everything was done except for the headlights which was one of the items I had dropped it off for and was told that it had been done. When I got there I had to wait for them to replace the headlight after leaving it with them for 24 hours. A couple of days went by and my oil light came on they did not reset the oil light either. I will not be returning to this location, if you choose to use this location I would recommend that you double check that everything was done that you paid for!

Took my Jeep there to get fixed, everybody else we checked with said a couple weeks, pep boys made it happen in 2 days, did a great job, very professional, have a discount so it came out a little cheaper than we thought and when we went to pay it they knocked off a few more dollars to help us out with what we could afford. I was told I could get my car repaired the next day, when I arrived at 8:00 am, I was told there were 2 or 3 cars ahead. I just needed a leaking tire fixed and my tires rotated. Never again. I have two cars and if they ever need work they wont be coming here. Thanks for jerking me around and thanks for nothing...

We use PEP BOYS, from past to present, exclusively for maintenance and repair to our caravan. I never pick 5 stars, because there is always room for improvement somewhere, but its always a solid 4 stars

I asked them to check my tires. They did. And repaired them without approval from me which led to a bill I shouldnt have paid. Also, if you by road hazard, make sure its on your receipt when they hand it to you, if its not your screwed! This is the 3rd time theyve screwed me over.

As a single mom on a budget after the storm, they have been super helpful. I must’ve ran over every nail in the county because I’m here almost once a quarter. After Hurricane Michael debris and nails (sharp objects) are every where; it’s impossible to miss them. Im really appreciative for Tyndall Pep Boys for never over charging me and being the kindest, patient, and most informative service.

Monday 2nd Take 2,5 hours to get oil change done, office girl front line staff was a bit friendly, but the leader of their mechanic kind like rude to me, after done no sticker for how far my oil need to be change again, no explanation in regard the results of the car inspection.After the service done the man kind like so rude andI feel like he kick me out from his store..may be because I am Asian Face .I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND IT TO GO THERE TO DO SERVICE OF YOUR VEHICLE..ONLY OIL CHANGE TAKE 2,5 HOURS🤔🤔🤔 how about other services may take forever 😏😏😟😟

If you make an appointment for an oil change and it takes more than 2 hours, there are issues!!!! Really nice but SLOW!!! Why even make an appointment that I was told would only take an hour to hour-half!!! 2 hours later I still don’t have my car and it is brand new!!!! First oil change😳. SMH😡😡😡

Too busy to balance a set of tires

Needed a set of tires. Purchased from Amazon and wanted to use the service by Amazon to have Pep Boys install the tires. Unfortunately, Amazon wouldnt ship to the store due to being in a hurricane disaster area; however, Amazon did ship directly to me. I contacted Pep Boys about installing tires for me. They did. I simply showed up, left the car, came back a few hours later and was very pleased. Professional and caring in a time of an emergency. They were one of a few fully operational automobile repair shops open after Hurricane Michael.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are here on vacation and had a flat tire. They were open on a Saturday at 7am. Had our tire fixed and our truck put back together in 30 minutes. Honest, fast, and only cost $12!! Excellent customer service!! Thank you for giving us back our vacation.

My experience at my local Pep Boys was awesome. I got exactly what I came for and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received in my life. The guys there are a great group of individuals and I would recommend anyone to go there.

Doesnt even deserve one star. I had two vehicles that I started taking to Pep-boys once I relocated to my new area. They were the only mechanics around and my cars were in excellent operating condition when first brought to them. Within six months of taking my Ford Ranger and my PT Cruiser, both 2002s; BOTH of my vehicles became inoperable. A month ago I had all four tires om my Ranger replaced, the oil changed and that took two days for them to do. THEN, I take my Ranger back to get its scheduled oil change 5000 miles later, and now all of a sudden my struts, shocks, bearings, and breaks are shot. Quoted 1800. First of all, why didnt you tel me this when I had the tires replaced A MONTH AGO? Why is this store SO unorganized. Why did you charge me for windshield wipers, that you never placed on my car? Then you say I do apologize......Really? You DO know how to apologize? Then please do. Please apologize to me for breaking two of the best 12 year old vehicles I have had. Never again. I will never EVER bring my vehicle to a Pep-boys EVER again! BTW, found a Ford Dealership a little farther then I wanted to drive. They fixed EVERYTHING on BOTH of my cars for a grand total of $898.65, Pep-boys was dishonest, Disorganized. Overcharged for things, they didnt even do, but SAID they did. No integrity. No professionalism. They should be shut down and sued for the damages.

Good for an oil change or anything minor. For major repairs they charge outrageous prices. Wanted 650 for an axle repair. Took it to another mechanic they charged 200 as it was just a seal and not the whole axle that needed repair.

Took awhile because everyones got flats but got 4 tires and oil change. Nice staff, friendly. Price was what I expected.

6 years with no issues. Ive always been treated fairly, and with respect. Most recently the staff has gone out of their way to continue troubleshooting an issue out of a desire to get things right, not out of necessity. Highly recommend!

Told me they couldnt fix the starter issue problem on my Camaro. That I would need to take it to the dealer. Wasted two days for nothing. Took it to the dealer and they said starter motor was bad. Problem solve in one hour.

Dropped my car off at 8:30 am and was told it would be about 2 and 1/2 hours to replace 2 tires and have a tire alignment. Because they would have to take it to 23rd St for the alignment, went back 3 hours later and they had not even touched my vehicle. Needless to say they did the 2 tires while we sat there for 2 more hours and we decided against an alignment because it had already took so long. Will not go back

If there was less than one star I would give it. After reading the reviews I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I took my sons truck in to get a busted brake line replaced. When I finally got a call with the estimate they told me the wheel cylinders needed replaced (wich is B.S.). So for a $11 part at auto zone, a brake line and labor they told me it would be $410. I laughed at him and told him Id be there to pick it up.

No used tires. Even tried to sale me a new tire for $158. I paid $50 for a used tire @ Tks.
