The wash was meh. Left some bugs and sap on the hood and grill. Didnt touch the headlights. The vacuums were good.

I was met at the drive up kiosk buy a friendly and helpful worker who was able to explain the different wash levels and help me select exactly what I needed. I had been in the field in my truck and it was very muddy. I chose the $15 one. It cleaned most of the mud off the underside about about 95% off mud off the wheels. It did leave some mud inside the bottom of the fender wells on my Avalanche, but that is typical for these trucks. One note, at one point the soap completely blocked all the windows for much longer than typical. If you are claustrophobic, you may have a problem with that, but then you may not choose to use these washes if you have that problem anyway. Came out looking good and shiny and mostly dry. They provide free rags to dry at the vacuum stations. They also have air and water hoses there too. The vacuums are abundant and each space has 2 vacuum hoses per vehicle that hang down in the middle by your door. Probably the most powerful car wash vacs Ive ever used! This place was nice, clean. Great business!! I wash there was one closer to where i live because this is my favorite!

I took a look at their website and from the wording it makes it sound like you can use ONE membership for up to 3 of your personal vehicles (not the case).Upon arriving at the car wash I asked a worker if I could bring my other vehicle and they told me no, I would have to purchase a membership for that car as well. I explained to them the wording on their website was extremely misleading and that it clearly stated you could bring up to 3 vehicles on one membership. They told me no, the membership lane has tag recognition and you can not bring 3 vehicles as they all have different tags.I proceeded to purchase a one time wash and had to get out and wipe my truck down with a rag due to the fact the truck still had spots on it. I purchased a high grade wash and wasn’t pleased with the result. I use another local car wash and I honestly don’t think I will return to this one. I did contact Corporate to let them know about their misleading wording on their website.I hope this review helps someone decide if the membership monthly package is right for them, I know it’s not right for me.

Truthfully I like the place bad is I bought the monthly unlimited wash and put it under wives number.. Place unable to locate it and we dont get the Unlimited washes now.. Waiting to see the bill for next month see if they are charging us that monthly fee.. Like I said its a great spot for you to clean your vehicle just up set on not being shut to do the monthly since I paid the 39$... Just saying

Huge shout out to this place. Had some caked up bugs on my Yukon that just didn’t want to come off the first wash. Owner noticed and insisted I go back through again. Success! That’s what you call fantastic customer service!

This place deserves a 0 stars. This guy handling the controls and spraying down the front end of the car screamed at me and was being really harsh and rude. There was no cause in treating me that way. I tried to call management to report this incident (even though the manager could see through the glass office), but they would not answer the phone. I will not go back to this place. Not only did I have that happen to me, my car was not cleaned well. It had bugs and stuff all over it. The vacuums didnt have a powerful suction either.

Be careful! They will sign you up for a monthly charge, for unlimited car washes. I live in upstate NY and was just passing through. I have tried to get in contact with them, with no luck. The phone number they have listed is a personal cell number, with no mailbox for voice mail. Next step is the Better Buisiness Bureau!

Convenient but the highest tier wash is only ok at best, and terrible customer service.

Wheels had some oily dirt from.the brush that puts tire shine. I had to clean all 4 wheels. Chemicals used left suv with large areas of film. I paid $25 for possibly the worst cleaning i have had from comparable businesses. Shopping elsewhere.

It gets your car about as clean as any other auto car wash, but the price isnt too bad.

Today was my first and last day coming here for a car wash. I drove out of my way to get here and I now have front right bumper damage. I WILL NOT COME BACK.

Terrible! Do not come here if you have new car. My car is brand new with the tag still on it. No scratches at all until now! The wash scrapped paint off my front right bumper! I tried contacting the manager left my number and all and I still havent heard from him! Its ridiculous Ill NEVER go here again!

I DO NOT recommend this place. Ive been there about 5x and twice my Escalade has had pieces missing (original pieces). The rim cover for the driver side came off while washing it through the first time and today (last time ever going there) the passenger side cover came off AND THE REAR (3RD) BREAKLIGHT COMPLETELY BROKE !!IT IS GOING TO COST ME ABOUT $200 TO GET JUST THAT PIECE !!! The owner sent one of his employees to give my husband the broken piece and she walked off without saying a single word. We then asked to speak with him and he said he cant take responsability bc basically he could tell it was over 5 years old and they have a huge sign. Even if they have a sign they could have handled things differently . Very unprofessional and didnt even seem apologetic what so ever. I paid $20 to wash my Escalade bc due to all the rain we had been getting it did get pretty dirty. It looks so bad to have paid $20. It didnt even look like they did the tire and shine. Ive had a way better job done for $5 beside Kroger and Prater Ford !

Easy to use and does a great job. Only issue is that the cameras that pick up your license plate only works about half the time. Other than that its a great car wash. I also love how easy it is to go online and get your receipt.

A car wash should get a car clean... I have used Dirty Dogs twice. Both times the car was still dirty. The same results are achieved if it rains hard on the car. I can not recommend this car wash. The only reason I returned was because of a gift card I was given. The gift card did not work. Then the payment machine ate my cash, I ended up paying by bank card. Ridiculous.

Not fond of the license plate capture camera they use to track your vehicle as you pull in. At least they put the proof on the receipt.I dont know if they use facial recognition but in not gonna change it. Wont be back.

They do a good job for the most part. Just bought a car and been going here for 2 months. My rear tail lights and paint are super scratched now. Will have to replace my lights and pay for a good wax in the near future.

I paid for the rookie carwash and it got my car clean. One of the vacuums didnt work but thats par for the course. Overall I was satisfied and would recommend it to others.

I must say that Dirty Dogs is awesome, last night for Halloween they out did themselves, i have never seen anything like it at any other car wash, they care about their customers and last night it was for the whole family. My kids loved it..a little scary for my 2 yr old when she saw Pennywise 🤡but overal it was great and i definitely recommend Dirty Dogs..it always has little surprises for everyone. Thank you guys😃😃

Great place but everytime I go the third from left vacuum never works an theres one on the right side near front that dont work either. This was on Tuesday off.6th. Other than that its a great convenient place to go.

I bought the $10 wash and the car looked worse after going through. The right side of the vehicle didnt get scrubbed or rinsed off. Still had soap on the mirror and the trunk. Dirt and grime all over the roof and the rear bumper.

This carwash didnt get my car clean. I paid $20 for basically nothing. I was very disapointed... the next day, I went to GOOGOO Carwash in Rome and my car was spotless.

Its a very convenient place for me. The car wash is pretty good. The only minor issue I have is that the last red spinning brush on the right hand side never comes in. So it never actually makes contact with The passenger side of my truck at all. And sometimes the tailgate is still dirty. But overall its a good deal and makes it easier to keep my truck clean.

I have a membership here and at first when this place was new all was well. Now somthing is always broken or not working properly during the wash. Spays dont work, rollers dont spin. Always somthing maybe a employee should be trained in maintenance here ... Jus sayin.

Great carwash

On halloween night there was a post about a spooky carwash, my niece and I put the kids in the car and headed to dirty dawgs to do the haunted carwash. They charged an extra $4 for the wash, added some lights and a few halloween decorations and ushered us through...I thought it was a very misleading ad...I just didnt appreciate the whole thing.There are plenty of car washes around so I know I dont have to return to this one.

Pitiful!! 2 weekends or more something dont work..one brush right side inside now works but dont even touch the vehicle!! And today the blowers are 1/2 a** working..stall we went to to vacum out the car, vacum didnt work, windex sprayer missing the tip so it wasnt working ..pay for premium wash and get a premium s*******!!!!!

I have a membership with them and have had for nearly a year now. Ive made a lot of changes and hoping that things are only improving from here that I have experienced times where they are low on soap, wax, you name it. Ive also experienced multiple vacuums that are not working and have to move around to find a working vacuum. I am holding onto hope that things are going to workout for the only other place in town has went completely downhill.

This place does not get your car clean. After the wash you can pull to the side and wipe your windows with windex and use a vacuum. The wash itself had lights and lots of bubbles, so it looked cool but worthless. It dislodged my side view mirror and broke a piece off of my rear windshield wiper. I do not recommend at all.

Went through to get a full service wash. Before leaving the parking I noticed my vehicle was still very dirty. When I asked an attendant what they can do about it I was told that since a manager isnt on duty they could not assist me I was to eat the 25$ I spent on their full service wash. Wouldnt recommend going here if there is even the slightest bit of bugs or dirt on your vehicle.

I visited this car wash on the grand opening which just happened to be a rainy day. Inspecting the car after the wash provided proof of a good clean wash. I did not pay for the service that included a tire shine nor did I see in one at the exit ready to clean rims or tires of you would have chosen that package. The dryers exiting the were really powerful and dried the car off very well. Vacuums are provided for all wash packages and no extra cost. Suction is pretty good and a clipboard like are to hang floor mats are also provided. Overall a great experience with the entertainment addition of the colorful lights throughout the washing process.

Some woman ahead of me kept putting her brakes on in the wash. Management needs to tell people not to put brakes on in the wash.

I went the first week of opening. Didnt clean my car well, so canceled the membership and after a year later I just noticed they have been charging me every month. This is bs. And Ill be contacting my bank for unauthorized transactions.

I will never take my business to this establishment again. Justin Mchortor the “manager” was obviously high on drugs and was extremely rude. He kept trying to sell me services on the side and when I didn’t accept I felt threatened. Please take you business elsewhere Justin is a thief and a drug addict. Was great when they opened. My truck was immaculate after the wash. After a month or so the quality really went down. I even payed extra for the 360 pre wash thinking that would help actually give me a clean vehicle at the end. In fact it’s just a couple stoners giving 10% effort that barely have the strength to push in my mirrors. For $20+ I would think I could have a nice clean truck. But I’ve figured out I’m better off washing it myself.

My car came out really clean!

They put my car and another car so close to each other that we both thought towards the end that we hit each other’s car. Also, I came to the vacuums and the one my car is at doesn’t work, and the one beside it doesn’t work. The cleaning was good but I couldn’t clean the inside of my car so I had to move my car to another spot. Just wasn’t the best experience I’ve had, I’ve been here before and never had a problem until today.

Great wash, but just down the road theyll vacuum and wipe down the inside for you at the same price.

Visited this place for the first time today and it was amazing. I didn’t think my car could be any cleaner and shiney. I paid for the $19 for Best wash. They also give back 10% of that top wash to our local hero’s. I couldn’t be happier. The staff was friendly and professional. Will recommend this place to all my friend and I most definitely will be coming back.

This is the very best car wash in Calhoun Georgia I live pretty close so Im their kind of frequently get your car really good and clean stop by a dirty dogs a portion of the proceeds I believe go to Firefighters nearby so go get your dirty car washed help the community and look good doing so did I mention I have the longest car wash tunnel in the state

I wish I could give it no stars. Advise anyone with any aftermarket attachments to your vehicle to not use this car wash. If they tear something up they will not fix replace or apologize for the damaged. Dont use this car wash.

Absolutely not happy with my experience here, they don’t even prep your car really. Barely spray around the tires like most car wash. Didn’t do anything to the windshield or front bumper, car came out looking the same way when I brought it. Biggest waste of money
