How is it that an ATM closes? That defeats the entire purpose of an ATM. I want to withdraw my money whenever I need it. Not during whatever hours the bank has decided that the ATM should be open.

Why are these ATMs always out of service? It seems like every time I go out of my way to stop here they are never working. I mean there are like 6 ATMs here! Not one of them are working?

ATM only. Otherwise the branch is permanently closed as of 2015. Google and the website should tell you that because its a big waste of time otherwise. You have to go to El Centro for full services.
