An employee named Mike removed a stump from my front yard, he told me there would be no charge, I asked to make sure he was positive about the money, he told me not to worry about it. 2 weeks later I get a invoice from him and he told me I need to pay by next Tuesday or there will be legal matters. I will not be paying the bill🤷🏻‍♀️ very dishonest employees.

They had done work on my parents trees 1 time prior to this time about 2 years ago. They remembered my dad and asked where he was. They were so upset when they had learned of his passing. They were so kind saying how much he will be missed and how much they enjoyed him. I dont know any company that would remember someone after 1 encounter. They talked about him a lot and expressed their sadness to hear of his passing. Not only were they extremely kind and thoughtful but they did a wonderful job with the many large pine trees and were a delight to work with. We will only be using them and we will recommend them to all our friends and family.

We used AJ tree service for an estimate. He came over and wasted over an hour of time, we spoke with my neighbor and got permission for access and had the entire plan put together. He gave me a quote in writing and said he’d be able to do the job within a month. The very next day I have tempted to start contacting him regarding the tree removal and planning of and AJ never responded. I called 3 times and text him 3 times within the next month... even sent him a copy of the bid he had left me in writing and he still completely ignored me. Look up his part was I had a few other people that were able to do the tree and I decided not to use them because AJ had an attractive price so I list all contact with others I had planned on using and now it’s a month later and I still have no plan to get this tree out. These people are probably much better with trees than they are other humans and definitely have no business running a business like this. There’s plenty of other tree companies in town don’t let these guys waste your time.

They did not communicate with us and they didnt give us a insurance binder even though they said they were bonded. Only worked about 4 hours in 5 days. Did not show up to explain anything.. Friendly but not professional and tried to charge too much. Did not call to Update us. Would not recommend this company.

While friendly, this company significantly overcharged us for a small job, literally making nearly $400/hr. We dont like to quibble over price, but im truly disappointed we didnt.

On time and work was phenomenal! Use these folks and youll be glad you did.
