Waited over 40 minutes for taxi service to arrive. When called they said that they were short staffed and it would take more time. If you need more time, that is fine, just don’t tell me you will be picking me up at the time we planned when you really won’t be coming for a while. An appointment time is set-up for a reason. Hope to have a better experience in the future.

David from Kool Ridez has always been outstanding. He picks up my employees and delivers them to and from Doctor appointments, Physical Therapy, and all of our work comp needs. He always goes above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met. I highly reccomend him. Especially if you need any medical transport.

Called them the night before and asked them if they can pick me up at 6am in Caldwell and take me to the airport. He picked me up at 6:25 was 25 minutes late and My flight left at 7:30. I got to the airport at 7 and the lady almost didn’t let me check in because I was so late. I barely made my flight.I do not recommend if you need to get somewhere important and on time.

The wait times are usually longer but its not a bad cab service if you need a ride.

Whoever drives the silver van #5 shouldn’t be on the road. Their driving is horrible and the fact they’re taking kids to school is the worst idea. Pulled out in front of cars but had many opportunities to pull out when there weren’t any cars. Completely stopped 5 car lengths back from drop off causing the line to be backed up further then it should have been.

Elgin Winchester is very polite. Great customer service. Right on schedule. I was going to leave a tip but he told me no need. The trip was very quick and I enjoy they have a door that is touch free. Thank you.

Driver drives like crazy and not how I would want any reasonable adult to drive, especially with my kids in the car.Not to mention they are driving a 15+ year old vehicle that could and looks like it will break down any day.

Super late, i had something really important to do, Had to cancel. We call taxis because we gotta be somewhere at a certain time. Not for you guys to run on your own time

I have never used this service but saw a guy driving van #5 on 12/27/2019 at around 10 am driving down the freeway (towards nampa) texting away. The guy had his phone in his hand, looking down everytime I looked over. Really wish I had a passenger to take a photo of him!

This is a great taxi company when you are in a jam. And they treat you like family. Keep up the good work.

I’m Disabled and don’t drive a car. I buy groceries once a month. It is very convenient for me to call on a cab when I have 30lbs.+ of groceries and don’t want to wait 1-1/2 hours for the next bus to arrive. Thank you Kool Kab !

This company is the worst. All of their vans absolutely reek of cigarettes. One of the drivers honks immediately when she gets to my house. In a neighborhood. They either come way too early or way too late. I am incredibly dissatisfied with this shoddy company.

100% best cab company in Canyon County. Needed a cab from Nampa to Kuna to Boise. It was a long trip and involved lots of waiting by the driver. My driver was courteous, the cab was clean and comfortable, and the dispatcher was friendly and efficient. Great service!

Horrible driver Vehicle #5 in nampa!!!They sped past us in a one lane goin 60 in a 45 wearing a headset and reaching in the back seat. Proves they give anyone a damn license

Ive use Kool Rides many times and have had no issues until now. This Taxi service has lost my business. Called about 2 weeks ago and taxi driver was about 20 minutes late. I called today to go to a very important doctors appointment and was told a driver would come at 3:00. It was 3:15 and I called since my appointment was at 3:30 just down the street and the man that answered the phone said I should call someone else because he was taking someone to Boise. I told them if that was the case he shouldnt have told me I would have someone at my house at 3:00 and I wouldve used a different service. I had to cancel my doctors appointment and will now have to pay a cancellation fee. I would not recommend this service any longer!

I called for ride of a distance of 3 miles round draft trip. Initial call, was told be right there Received a call call see real minutes later. Ill be there in 10 minutes. I called back 20 minutes later saying I got got jammed up. I called again a half hour later asking if anyone was indeed was going good to show up. There will be a van there any second. I waited another 20 minutes. No van so I detached my trailer from my truck and drove myself... Seems if you are a true know driver you dont meet the status of this cab (?) Company

Some of there drivers are very rude an will try to pick you up an hour early. Had one driver call me a flake cause I had to cancel my ride

The guy I delt with was racist and rude. If you are gonna have someone represent your company it should be someone with an open mind. I will stick to uber.

They came and gave me a Jumpstart on my dead battery, twice now...A huge help! Thankfully I had jumper cables...but they saved my tail for sure...so A Positively Great Service!!!

There is one driver that is one of the worst drivers I have ever seen. She picks up from a school everyday and backs up without even checking behind her. I cannot count how many times she has almost hit a kid or another car. She speeds in school zones and drives down the wrong way in a one way pick up zone in a school parking lot. She is a dangerous driver and needs to take classes.

This company is unpredictable and they dont pick you up or they cancelled you completely and the people who pick you up are creepy would not recommend to anyone not even to save someones life
