0 stars if I could. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!We had our taxes done with Dee, everything was ok. I called the next week to see if they send me a copy of my taxes to my email. I waited 2 weeks, I didnt hear from them so I called back. I explained that I had previously left a vm and spoke to someone regarding this matter, the lady remebered my call and said she would see to it that Dee got the msg again. I then recieved a call with in a few minutes from Dee. She was obviously very irritated that I had called again, she raised her voice at me and told me she had already sent it 2 weeks ago and it was sitting in the portal. I told her I hadnt recieved any email from them to let me know I needed to check a portal, she said they didnt send me anything, that it was a portal msg( which I never received). She then started yelling at me that they didnt have to email me a copy and that she shouldnt have to hold my hand and they are very busy and I wasnt her only client. I told her that we would NOT be using her business going forward. She continued to shout at me and I hung up her. I checked my email after hanging up on her, she had given me the date it was sent, I didnt have any email on that date or from the site it would have came from. I checked with my husband to see if they sent it to him. He didnt have anything either.
