Nate is very responsive and is able to fit you in his schedule promptly.My hot tub had a leak. He came and fixed what we thought was the only leak.But the hot tub still wasn’t staying full.He came back, found and fixed a couple more leaks.But it still wasn’t staying full.He came back, found and fixed another leak.And finally...it stays full.Though I wish we would’ve found all the leaks at the start, I really appreciate that he never gave up and always came back promptly.He is reasonably priced.

Nate answered my call on my first try. He told me he would come to my house he next morning and showed up. My repair was complete less than 24 hours after my initial call. GREAT SERVICE!!!

I have used this Company Several times over the years to either Move or Purchase Hot Tubs. They are the first Company I think of when I need Hot Tub Help of any kind.

Buyer beware! I bought a hot tub with a 90 day warranty. After delivery there was a crack in the shell and the circulation pump stopped working. So the only way the tub heats is with the regular pump running so the temp fluctuates a lot from 96 to 102 degrees. I have contacted Nate several times, first he said he needed time to find the part. After a month I contacted him again. He still had not gotten the part. He said he would get the part and get back to me. Another month goes by and I message again because my warranty is getting close to ending and he finally said he could come out later that week. The day he was supposed to come out I get a text at 8:11 pm saying that he could come over and fix the tub. Seriously it’s dark and we are all going to bed for work the next day. I told him we were headed to bed. Never heard anything back from him. I sent him a final message asking if I was ever going to get my tub fixed and he never responded. My hot tub now gets two errors the FLO and OH.I would avoid doing any business with Anytime spas. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Not sure what the internet trolls are talking about. He has been a man of his word and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

.Absolutely wonderful service he drove all the way out an hour away from his home to fix my hot tub he was here for an hour and had it fixed by the time I came home fair pricing and a good job my hot tub was still not working for something different than what I’ve had him come out for and he gave me advice on how to fix it on my own to save me money and it worked very knowledgeable guy.

I called at 9:30am on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in by noon. They were very courteous and quick. The lady who made the appointment was very pleasant. The gentleman who serviced my hot was quick to find the problem and fix my leak. He also helped me understand how to care for my hot tub as a new owner, hot tub came with the house. They even sold me chemicals I needed at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome service and extremely fair pricing. Thank you forgetting my hot tub ready for the winter!!

Nate responded promptly to our request for help. We had several issues: pump replacement, blown breaker switch, and failed heater element. Nate addressed all of the problems efficiently. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and the following day to complete the work.We ordered the pump from another company online. We bought the breaker switch and heater element from Nate. The total cost of the job was $480. Parts were $180. We did not receive an invoice (he didnt have his receipt book with him). The labor cost was $300 for approximately 3+ hours.Nate was friendly and very knowledgeable. We would definitely call on him again.

Worker came out multiple times and couldnt fix it. Had to wait too long for person to show up. I think their motto is: Ill be there anytime, when its convenient for me! Its not about your problem. Its about the money

Delivery of my new spa was right on time and placed right where I asked for it. The spa was shipped from the factory with an incorrect wiring configuration. I called Nate on a Friday evening and the next morning he was at my house and had the problem corrected within just a few minutes. Very knowledgeable about the products they service, and very personable, too. I would recommend them, and will use them again.

They are fabulous! They came out and fixed it in no time. He was really nice and knowledgeable. It is our first hot tub (we got it used) and he answered all our questions! Also, very reasonable in price. Im so happy!

Paid ahead for new pump. $400. Never returned. Refused calls and texts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bad News. $400 for a drive. WOW!!!!!

He was here to move our spa, mini house and large tree stump at a fair price. He also go our used spa running at a low cost. Thank you anytime spas!

Should change name to Will dodge your calls until you start to threaten legal action -spas. They were supposed to give me a quote in 3 days, BEFORE cashing the repair deposit check. They cashed the check and dodged my calls and messages for 3 weeks. Finally brought spa back. I will admit its fixed, and the price was fairly reasonable. But they lost a head rest pad. I texted that to them, but lets face it -3 weeks of no call backs (for an anytime business) on a whole spa is probably a never hear from them again on the head rest (still no text back a week later). I would have been okay with everything if they had only communicated. Dicey at best right now. Maybe some day they will understand customer service.

Horrible Service! Was told that he would order the part and be back out within the week to put the part in (thermostat). He never showed back up. I called to check on time frame and was told he was still trying to find the part. After 3 wks and being told by his wife that he would call me right back I finally hired Great White Pool and Spa! Who was professional and timely! I would highly recommend NOT to hire Anytime Spa Service & Repair and to call Great White Pool & Spa for timely, professional and great service!

Had them move a hot tub for us, they were kind and did a great job getting it carefully moved and installed at our new place.

We went and saw Liana, she showed us the spa and described everythingin great detail. Said they were waiting on a thermostat and as soon as itcame in they would call. Nate called the following monday and we madearrangements to have him deliver the spa and install the electrical. They were right on time, set up the spa and installed the electrical. Filled thespa and the next day Liana came with chemicals. I have to say they werevery professional. Would recommend them to eveyryone.

Anytime spa service came over to my house the same day I called fixed my problem with my hot tub while I was in surgery getting a tooth worked on. Charge me about a hundred fifty bucks. I have no complaints. If anything I completely love these guys

Service was friendly and the repairman was on site within 2 days of inquiry. The problem was assessed and resolved quickly. We are happy to have our hot tub working again. (:

Extremely rude! The woman who owns this place handled my spa sale and took half of the money!She was loud and obnoxious. Eating pizza and dropping it all over my carpet. I was embarrass as this lady had no business sense what so ever and dressed as if she were on the farm milking cows.I akso noticed that she continuously called her boyfriend to check up on him as if he were a small child at home .I will never do business again with them.

Pool was nice

Worst service ever do not use this guy find somebody else. Dose this look like a business that you would to fix your spa or pool. He had my parts to my spa for almost a year I finally went too his place to get them back and this is where he works and lives.

Beware! DO NOT pay any money before the job is finished. I paid half way through and he never returned to finish the job.
