They understood and helped me right away and were very nice to me and are willing to keep helping me all the way through my problem with unemployment payments

We went today for a drive through job fair. It was quick and easy. Glad they offer alternate job search solutions.

I went to the main office in Caldwell and they was willing to help me thtough thr ID.ME system so i can process my unemployment this summer.

Government loves to take your money but when its time for you to get help they are no where to be found. Fake extensions nobody has awnsers. Transfers and wait times.

I filed the weekend of the closure and still haven’t received a phone call, email, or deposit of any sort!! Went to the actual building and no one is inside... no wonder we aren’t getting any type of response from anyone, no one is working!!! Their website has no time frame of when they are going to open either. Lucky for me I don’t have a family to feed, but if I did and I was running out money because they forced me not to work, how do they expect me to feed my family if they don’t pay me unemployment!! I have no idea why we pay these people’s salaries if they don’t do their jobs.... what a waste of time

Can’t get any answers from anyone. Can’t get through on the phones. Can’t get anyone on the online chat. Been 8 weeks of filing and still not a penny from the “cares act” for the self employed. We are definitely mid May and no deposits like the emails have said. Most of us return to work this week so what happens now that we can’t keep filing claims? Our case gets closed. So we get nothing for all the weeks filing?? Would be grand if someone would actually ANSWER questions sent into their office.

I understand there is a crisis going on but we filed the last week of March and still havent gotten a call and certainly havent seen any money! I personally know a lot of people who filed after us that already got their money and most went back to work! Ive called several times a day either its busy or hold for an hour and get hung up on!

The service I received was accurate and and as timely as possible given the current circumstances. Appreciate everything the staff is doing for our state during these trying times!

I have called almost every day for 2 weeks. This is not a exaggeration. These people are not trying to help us. Theyre obviously incompetent of doing their own job. I need answers to my questions about unemployment.

Can’t get through to anyone...I would gladly stay on hold for 2 hours rather than have to show up first thing in the morning with my ASD/ADHD kiddo because no one’s going to want to be around that...but looks like I have no choice. I’ve tried for weeks and only get a busy signal tone every single time...

We had troubles printing my papers but a lady worker that was there helped us.

Online login was disabled and I have called multiple times to have it reactivated. I have gotten a busy signal, put on hold, and hung up on.

My payments said I received a payment but nothing was deposited into my account. I called and was put on hold and talked to someone for 2 minutes and she hung up on me.

Your employees are the most uneducated and unprofessional individuals I’ve ever dealt with. They’re rude and a bunch of liars. We’ve been denied our unemployment because of your pathetic employees telling us one thing, than the following week we’re denied our unemployment because they gave us false information. You seriously need to get these people trained correctly. People come to you guys for help and all you do is screw them over and than blame them for your screw ups. You are the lowest forms of people on earth! Hopefully we won’t have to deal with you jerks much longer!
