Got a quote for haircut from Laura Loera day before my appointment. I wanted to make sure she sees my hair to give me right price cuz it was hard for her to give price quote through text messages..long story short when Im paying her, she asks for $50 more?! I was so confused and didn’t think much and paid it without questioning but later that night I messaged her to explain why quote prize changed and charged higher- she had no answer! Bunch of fraud and lairs! Hopefully Laura you loose this business and Karma get you.

After months🗓 of searching 🔍💻📱for my new “forever” Barber💈, I finally him here, at Firme Cuts, Anthony. Anthony did amazingly well on my cut, fade, beard, and was engaging in conversation, he is a very detail oriented Barber and I appreciate that kind of skill in ones craft.

My grandson hates haircuts... He cries the whole time its a completely miserable experience for him and the other patrons of the barbershop. I went in and asked Antonio and said I could do it at the end of the day so I didnt ruin everybodys experience he let me come in after hours... was super patient and did a great job on his hair. I would suggest this place for anybody that needs a haircut or has a kid and doing it for their first time. Its was welcoming and laid back.

My wife went to hair school so she is very picky about my haircuts. When I moved here I had a hard time finding someone that she approved. I had Anthony cut my hair one time and she wouldn’t let me go to anybody else. No matter the hairstyle Anthony seems to do a perfect every time. Takes his time and make sure it’s done right.

You guys need a new receptionist who’s more friendly and smiles. It’s hard to walk into a business with a person like that greeting you

Love this place for my little dude. They do an awesome job for my son, line ups and fades are always perfection. Music isnt necessarily family friendly but it adds to the chill vibe and i prefer it to a screen in my sons face.

Great place to get a clean and fresh haircut at a fair price. Service is friendly, professional, and good at what they do. Highly recommended place! But always be sure to make an appointment in advance with the number it provides (text or call), as clientele does consistently show up for walk-ins, making it somewhat difficult to save yourself a spot.

This is a low-key, informal barbershop in the barrio. Three young guys fresh from barber school work here and one of them owns it. They all do an excellent job at cutting and styling hair, and so they are busy, especially in the evenings. I prefer Anthony. They open at 11 but if you come right at 11 there wont be anyone here and the door will be locked...is that a cultural thing? Their shop used to be called La Esquina but now its El Firme, a Spanish slang term for look as in style or attitude. Ive come to love this place and have a relationship with the barbers here. I used to think it was sketchy when I found it by chance and walked in, but now its comfortable. The clientele is primarily the local Hispanic population. The owner is a graphic artist and paints the murals you will see as you get your hair cut while rap music plays loud, the TV booms and Spanish chatter is happening around you. The barber will answer his cellphone and text while cutting hair and also chat with friends or family that stop in just to visit, but it doesnt feel rude here. They take quite a while to do the haircut because they are very particular and precise in their work. The end result is worth it! I always pay in cash but they do take credit. This is my go-to place for a haircut.

Ive had the same barber for the last 4 years of my life but when he stopped cutting hair I needed somewhere to go and Ive heard nothing but great things from friend so when I decided to schedule an appointment I had no regrets whats so ever she got me in on time best hair cut Ive had in a while nice and tight braids and for a low cost I recommend those who are searching for a forever barber to go here

I took my son (4 years old) here yesterday as he was in desperate need of a cut and was not too happy with his cut after I got him home. ( I dont know hair lingo apparently and had no pictures to show the guy what I was wanting) I took him back today after getting the opinion of a friend and Nathaniel fixed his cut. It is still a little crooked in the front but that could be that my son was pretty squirmy in the chair. I would recommend this place for adults but maybe not so much for kids. They play loud music that isnt the best for kiddos. Other than that I was fairly happy with the end result after getting it fixed.

I had a barber hear for about 3 years and he suddenly stopped responding after years of referring customers to him and leaving an exponential tip. Decent haircuts absolutely terrible service don’t go here

Took my daughter in for a cut, they did not want to work with her since she was a girl. The barbers made us feel unwelcome and did not want to assist us. She gets the same haircuts as men so why make us feel that way?
