Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I brought my vehicle in because it was squealing. I had already researched online and figured out that the problem was a belt- and the belts were at the very end of their projected lifespan. I didnt want to do the work, and I wanted to have the source verified. When I shared this with the mechanic at Joys, he insisted that it must be the brakes.He didnt check the belts (or even lift the hood) and charged me $50 for a brake inspection.My serpentine belt was worn. Had it confirmed by another mechanic and a couple friends.

They really came through! I wore out my rear brakes and rotaries so bad that they were unfixable. They went above and beyond and found the needed part for my Mini Countryman (hard to find parts for) at the salvage yard, since it was in good shape- saving me 300 bucks just for the one part. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

They dont get the full 5 stars because they only have, I think 3 bays, which means theyre always backed up. That being said theyre good people and theyve got great mechanics. 🤙

I took my 2006 suburban there and they told me they thought I needed a now motor but they were not sure. I took it to another mechanic and it was catalytic converter and spark plugs I just dont understand how it can go from 3-7000 to 1200 and they dont know for sure what is wrong. I will never be back.

Joys has been here as long as I can remember and Im approaching 80. You dont stay in business by gouging your customers. If you have a hard to pin down problem finding someone with experience is going to save you money. If Bob or Keith cant find the problem they will tell you and not rip you off. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This place is fantastic. I had a small issue that needed taken care of and they took the time out to quickly replace the part that needed replaced. I will definitely be going back if I ever am back in town and need a repair completed.

I have been to this shop three times over the past year and half or so. The last two times my car was misdiagnosed as possibly having problems with the carburetor which was not remotely the case. Fortunately, I kept my last invoice of everything they supposedly checked, and they could NOT have checked the spark plug wires, distributor cap, etc. and missed they were eroded, and the entire reason that my car was idling roughly. While I will honestly say they did not charge me a fortune for not doing the work, nonetheless, I cannot make any other assumption except that they did not want to do the work, nor convey that honestly to me. Any communication along the lines of we arent experts with your make or even we dont like to work on your make when I first called would have been acceptable. Misleading me about what was wrong, and worse, telling me that the problems wouldnt progress until my car would break down is unconscionable. Highly recommend avoiding this shop.

I bought s 01 crown vic police interceptor that was taken to other shops stating there was a short in the dashboard and other electrical issues. So I took it in Joys auto clinic monday the week of Thanksgiving, Tuesday the next day called me and had found the issue was the alternator and everything else seemed ok with out issues, they gave me option to do it myself or they could order part and they do it. So I told them they could replace. Wednesday that same week and $450 I had my car out. They were detailed, direct and very honest. I am not going anywhere else. Im a customer for life

They are a small shop, but they are honest and have done great work on my rigs.
