Eric was fantastic! Very fast response time, very flexible to work with, very friendly and easy going personality. He was honest to say that our particular dent might only be able to be restored to 85% to 90% of perfect. How about 99%!! You will never see it unless you had previous knowledge that it was there. My wife is a real stickler for things like this and she was 100% satisfied! And even with that knowledge it’s hard to find! Excellent work! He is our go to now for any work like this!

Jared showed up exactly when he said he would and the cost was fair considering the amount of work that needed to be done on both of my vehicles. I was very wrong, it was almost perfect and i seriously could not see the dent or the crease on the edge.2nd my truck, had an incident with the toy hauler and it hit the truck putting a nice bug dent right above the tail light, there was also a dent right about the door handle that annoyed me every time I got in my truck. Unbelievable that Gem State Dent Repair did such an incredible job for such a reasonable price. They came out to my work and fixed a really unfortunate hood crease. The work was so good it drew a crowd of my coworkers asking to have their cars looked at next.I cannot recommend them enough.

I requested quotes and info from multiple dent removal and auto body services. The reason I chose eric with gem state was because he really installed confidence about the quality of work he does. I was very apprehensive about no paint dent removal because I’ve done auto body work before and I know what it takes to make a car body look good. Eric came out, assessed the damage and assured me he could recover 95-98% of my damaged truck roof. He gave a lot of info of what he would do and an upfront cost evaluation. By the time the work was completed eric tried to show me all work he had done, but all I could see was the roof of my truck was completely pristine. I would say gem state dent repair fixed 100% of the damage. The work exceeded my most optimistic expectations and I will definitely use again should the need arise.

Eric worked my blue truck today and was able to pull a pretty big dent from the front left fender. I could not believe my eyes that he restored that fender back to its original shape with the paint intact. I am really happy that guys like him are out there, before Gem State Dent Repair I thought that the fender may need to replaced/repainted by a professional body shop that couldve taken weeks and more money. The gentleman from Gem State Dent repair was prompt, on time, and provided excellent service at a more than reasonable price. My 2014 Pilot suffered damage to the drivers side wheel arch. Eric removed this dent and spotted 2 others that he too care of while he was in there. I called that morning and was done the same afternoon. Work was performed in my driveway. Great service at a great price. Doing business the way it should be done.

Eric repaired 2 vehicles for me, one was the tailgate on my pickup, where my son dropped the tailgate on our trailer jack. In the process, he found another minor dent on the tailgate. Eric even worked on my wifes car. It had a couple of spots where the car ran into a shopping cart. when the work was done, my wifes car looks like new, and our pickup, you can;t even see where the dents were, and they were on the top edge of the tailgate.
