Nobody bothers you, theres not constant drama like there is in other apartment complexes. Pretty roomy apartments and the balcony is really big which is nice. The grounds are well kept and there is an on sight manager and maintenance crew 24/7.

Management changed after I moved in and I think they were trying to make things better, but living there was not great. Appliances broke a lot because they were very old and instead of replacing them, they just kept trying to fix something that looked to be 100 years old. They also took forever to fix things. The balcony was nice and large but they like to micro-manage what you put on it.Decent prices, but not worth staying there.

I have been a resident of this community for three years. After three years, we had outgrown our little two bedroom and decided to ask about transferring to a three bedroom. It seemed simple enough. Fill out the application, pay the deposit. I was told before I put my deposit down that there was a special for $200 off the first month of rent. Considering I am a single mother and it’s coming up on Christmas time, this was excellent news! I was also told that the unit would be remodeled, which made it easier to swallow the $1200 rent payment. I was told that I could possibly move the rent that I paid at my old place (I had paid the full amount in my old place for November) as credit to my new unit because we weren’t sure exactly when it would be available. All this sounded fantastic.Fast forward a couple of weeks after I paid my security deposit. I am told that Teresa, the manager will not honor the $200 off the first month rent because I turned in my deposit just BARELY after when that special ended, even though I was told on the day I paid it that I would get the $200 off. The unit wasn’t remodeled. And Teresa also wouldn’t allow my rent that I had paid at my old unit to be transferred. I am beyond disgusted. I have been a resided here for three years and could have moved elsewhere, and I honestly would have if I hadn’t put down the deposit money and given my 30 day notice. There isn’t time to find anything else. Teresa is a greedy woman who really doesn’t care about the residents here. One more year and I’ll be a homeowner. This place is out to drain you of every dollar they can. There are tons of brand new apartments being built in the area that are charging the same as this place. Don’t live here.

Ive been living here for almost 5 years, and ever since this new company started managing it, Ive already had to pay 400 extra dollars in the past 6 months to keep up with their fees and fines that they charge you for every little step that you make. Im sure their pretty new remodeled office is worth all of their tenants hard earned money. It was so much better with the old company. They actually cared about the people, not just the money.

Review №19

Way overpriced for the market. Some of the buildings cant be wired for internet, be sure to verify this before you move in. Parking policy is draconian and if you accidentally forget to put your parking tag on, youll be booted and towed at your expense regardless if you are a resident or not; they dont care. For a facility named after religious figures of hope, faith and forgiveness, this place gives off a bit of a sulfur smell.

I lived at Faith landing for almost a year. I had to terminate my lease agreement because I received a job offer in another city. I went into the main office and asked specifically what is required to terminate early and what would be the cost. We reviewed the lease agreement together, we went over all of the costs and I was told exactly how much I owed. After I moved out I received a $250 fee Charge. When I inquired about it they said that when I forfeited the deposit the $250 that is normally covered by the deposit when you end your lease agreement on a normal contract I now owed that amount. The lease agreement does not specifically state this. when I inquired at the main office they told me that it was listed under additional fees. This is extremely misleading. My other experience is I had a car that was registered and titled parked in the same spot for a period of time and it was towed. I had to pay the cost of that. Do not rent from this complex.

I have lived at the faith landing apartments for over two years now. When we first moved in we were only paying 900 last year right before Christmas they jumped my rent up to 1158 a month now its almost impossible to move out. Then i looked at how much their new apartments are for rent and they are only 1120. They dont like to fix anything in the old buildings or even up any of the appliances. I watch more and more people move out because of the rent being so high

I would give this place more stars if they havent changed. Weve been here for 3 years, the first two were great. The landscaping was very green and well taken care of, the office management used to take care of issues and were always available for us. The rent was at a great price as well. Til the past twelve months havent been great. Our rent has gone up almost 100$ and the landscaping looks horrrible with brown grass and spots. The exteriors are gross because they dont clean whatsoever. The community has been fine, no serious problems or incidents happen here and it is pretty quiet.. The inside of the apartments are nice and I like the layouts. Lots of kids live here, so lots of familys. The main problem here is that stuff doesnt get done and management blows off any concerns. Maybe the new management will be better.

Dont live here, they will give you past due charges every month even if you paid days early. They will try to camcel your lease 6 months early and they will try to lie to you. And when you try to pay rent they are closed when theyre supposed to be open, and show up 30 min after their sign says theyll be back. Horrible management.

Being relatively new to the area, I dont have any local apartment buildings to compare Faith Landing to - but if this is any indication of the apartment complexes in Caldwell, stay far, far away. These are advertised as luxury apartments, but they are not. We live in a ground floor apartment and you can hear the conversations your neighbors are having, as well as their children jumping around. Every step the neighbors take sounds like the thundering of an elephant in the jungle. There is NO sound insulation in these apartments.Unfortunately the economy is tough and its apparent in the caliber of people Faith Landing is accepting into the community. They have lowered their standards to fill their empty apartments and it shows. If you want to live with a bunch of college students who have cars with loud sound systems, parents who dont know how to care for their kids, and general degenerates who yell and cuss in the parking lot (I reported two incidents of the police showing up for domestic issues to the management), then this is the place for you!We had a problem with our upstairs neighbors because they would play loud music, tv, and video games at 1:00 in the morning and stomp around like they didnt care that there were people living under them. After that situation was resolved and we tried to tell the management that it was very loud for us, we thought wed have more compatible neighbors - but the next upstairs neighbors have a two year old child who likes to run and jump up and down at all hours.Discouraging, because I would like to live in another complex around town, but if this shoddy construction is any indication of how life is at other apartment complexes, I would rather leave the state altogether.EDIT: I would like to follow up on this review. Due to problems with noise in the building, I was indeed contacted by the owner of the company. Its nice to receive personalized service but also discouraging to know that the structure of these apartment buildings and the caliber of some of the tenants is not conducive to a quiet, relaxed environment. Ive increased my rating to three stars for the good efforts of the owner, however.

Beware. This people are crooks. You are assigned one parking spot per unit, which is fine however if your parking pass falls down they will boot and tow your car from your own spot. $95 to take the boot off if you can’t pay then they tow you and you have to pay $400 to get your car back. They charge for basic maintenance, but you don’t know until you pay your rent. They will fail to tell you that your rent is more due to being charged for maintenance and you won’t know until they place a 72 hour notice on your door The construction crew doesn’t clean up after themselves, so you will have lots of flat tires. The pool that they sell you on is rarely open. They will tell you not to worry about the train tracks because it’s a “quiet zone” but that train wails on the horn every few ours 24/7. They hire and fire new office staff every few months so nobody knows their job, good luck getting anyone to help you.

This place is the worst place to rent from ever management is a joke and will take every last bit of your money if they can . I got a boot on my car bc I didn’t have the permit in the right place on my car and my car was parked in my parking spot and I’ve lived in that apt for over a year and yet I got a boot on my car I have to pay 100 for parking in my spot ?? I’m also 38 weeks pregnant so if I was to go into labor and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone I couldn’t drive myself bc if this incident. I went down to management to talk to them and they just called the towing company they hired and told me they have better things to do and that I have to pay the 100 to get it off my car . I was in pre term labor and had to call a taxi to go to the hospital. These people are the worst people you will ever come in contact with I will Tell everyone about what has happened to me and never send anyone to them . I hope they have fun ripping off there tenets!
