This company is awful. I was hit by one of their policy holders a month ago and Ive had to be proactive and keep calling them. They lied and said they tried to call the policy holder but couldnt get hold of him. I luckily had his number and encouraged him to call, which he did. They have all the paperwork they need and I cant get anything going to get my vehicle fixed while their policy holder is at fault. So frustrating! 0 Stars

This place is a joke. I was hit by another driver and they took my car out to one of their lots. They freakin stole so much from my car, including my designer sun glasses that I had forgotten. When I contacted them for my stuff, they lied. Not only that, they hid my car for a while because they wanted to fix it, so i could pay the deductible. I finally found my car at a different shop, different than the name they given me. I’m so glad they’re finally going out of business, karma comes in mysterious ways.

Save your time and money with this insurance. They literally suck and their service representatives are rude and not helpful. They try charging you for things that they should be paying for and give you the worst time ever. I would honestly give them zero stars, do not get this insurance, its better to pay a little more than to deal with them.

This company is a complete joke. I was hit by their insured. They will tell you they are unable to get in contact with their own insured driver for weeks/months (in reality they are not even trying). I filed a claim with the BBB and I urge anyone going through the hell I went through to do the same. We need to make this company goes bankrupt to save other customers from being robbed. REPORT THEM TO BBB and CA Insurance Commissioner. The world would be better without this company.

It has been over three weeks since one of my vehicles was hit. We filed a police report for the hit and run.I’ve contacted the company myself, multiple times to get the same response of “someone will call you back.” No one has called. I’ve sent emails. No response. Today I was told that my claim was dropped for “lack of interest” by customer support. When was I going to be informed? Was I ever going to be contacted by anyone? “Great Customer service is our standard, Not the exception.” Their website contact us page says. In no way is that accurate.

I went through hell with their roadside assistance, it took them 8 hours to get a towing company to pick my car up. They were quick to charge me the overcharge for the extra miles but lacked help when it came to actually getting a towing service for me. I hate them.

The is the worst insurance ever. They do not want to cover my vehicle even if it has full coverage insurance. My husband was not in the policy because he didnt have license because he was new to the country and because covid had the dmv closed for a while that is the reason he was not in the insurance. I do not recommend this insurance at all. I advise to spend your money else where.

My car was hit by my actual front neighbor and this insurance kept saying that they couldnt get a hold of my neighbor. When I went over to talk to my neighbor, I come to find out that MY INSURANCE (Western General) never made an effort to contact my neighbors insurance! Worst insurance I have ever had. I get it, it is cheap. Seriously, you get what you pay for, cheap service, cheap everything. I recently went over to AAA, and my price went up by a few dollars, and they are a legit insurance company. Western General avoided my calls for weeks! I mean it, weeks! Even after my car was taken care of by my neighbors insurance, Western General NEVER called me to update anything, they never sent me anything in the mail from the claim. NOTHING! I spoke to a manager as well because I was tired of them avoiding me, and she was even rude. Horrible experience honestly, I never write reviews, and I felt like I needed to say this because this insurance is not a good insurance company.

Recently bought a new car and enough prior points fell off my license that I was able to purchase legitimate insurance once again. I called them 3 separate times requesting cancellation, but couldnt connect. Sent 3 emails and finally the policy was cancelled - but I was not notified immediately, rather I just stopped being charged and only realized when I received an additional bill for a $45 cancellation fee to be paid immediately on receipt over two months later. When attempting to pay the fee, I went on the website and was showed a zero balance. Not wanting to go to collections over $45, I called the autopay number and was also told I had a $0 balance but again, erring on the side of caution, I transferred to customer service and requested they review the policy so I could make a payment. Now here is a typical summation of their nonsensical procedure and inherent lack of customer service or willingness to help. I was told I needed to pay the $45. OK, no problem. However, when asking if I could pay then and there I was told no, I could not. Why then, does it say on the bill that I can call, go online, or contact customer service to do so? This is not the first time such a thing has happened either. I was told that to pay I would need to go INSIDE a local branch... during a pandemic. Its the 21st century, its time your terrible company spent the extra money to allow for convenience processing and payment. Everything comes with hidden fees both baked in and tacked on when checking out on the automated system already so what is that money going towards? I am elated to finally wash my hands of this unethical, unprofessional, ineffective company for good. Do not give them your business. Spend the extra money and save yourself the headaches and frustration.

This insurance company is a joke. Pray you don’t get in an accident with someone who has this in insurance. My husband was rear ended at a stop sign by someone with this insurance. The accident was 4 months ago and the insurance company keeps sending us letters letting us know their client who hit us is not cooperating therefore they need more time. I called them and was informed most likely they will not honor the claim because their insurer won’t cooperate. Yet they will continue to insure him. How is that legal? We get rear ended at a complete stop by someone on his phone and they will not cover the repairs because he doesn’t return their calls. I had to now file a claim with our insurance and will file a claim with the Bette Business Bureau.

We never received any phone call or email. We had to call your office. The case was then opened up again after we called. How do you close a case after 2 days and the fault is with your agent not calling us?

Dealing with this insurance company is a nightmare. At first they said that they were going to cover my claim and the check is in the mail. After two weeks and no check in the mail. I call to check up on the status and then they tell me that there was an error and that they still need to review my claim. I called them multiple times since then and they still dont know whats going on. Biggest fraud of an insurance company.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE!! If I could rate them zero starts I would! They are horrible, I have dealt with other insurance and by far this is the worst one (thankfully I was not a policyholder, the car that hit me had this insurance). They have horrible customer service, EXTREMELY rude! I reported the accident to them and for a month I was calling weekly if not twice a week. Countless calls and no hope insight, I decided to ask my insurance for help, they even had a hard time getting information from them. A month and a half later and my insurance is still trying to get payment from them. AGAIN, do not get insured by this company, not worth the headache nor the money!!

First of all it’s like pulling teeth just to talk with someone. Also recently had a gap claim and was completely screwed. They were suppose to pay off my balance but only paid about 10% of it. I actually paid more in monthly notes to gap than what they paid off in return. This gap insurance is a joke. Don’t waste your money or time.

Western General is biggest fraud company I have ever seen thair driver hit my parked car and another car parked in front of my car they didnt accept liability for 4 months after they got reported to department of insurance they got worse they kept dropping calls trying to argued with me on phone calls they didnt respond to any questions I had after going back and forth for 6 months they decided to accept the for liability of my car and the other car that was parked but its been over a year Im still not getting any payment from them because thair insured has liability coverage of 5k limit and they denied paying me at least $4500 my insurance was only covering small amount of this claim I have $13400 bills and proof of invoice and yet they dont care to pay me the right amount. I would suggest you to sue this company take them to court if you want to see results otherwise they will keep making this process longer and longer.

DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE.I was going to say I wish I could give them ZERO stars, but the truth is I have been able to speak to one helpful person. This adjuster is not even the adjuster assigned to the claim and has gone out of her way to assist me. Her name is Vee Walker. Unfortunately there is not much she can do being that she is not the adjuster assigned to the claim.The actual adjuster is Shari Long at Ext. 213, she has been rude, unhelpful, as a matter of fact, she is not only unhelpful but refuses to help. Me thinking upper manager would assist, I tried speaking to her manager, left several messages over a period of 3 weeks. When he finally picks up my call (Kendall Ext 232), he right away tells me he knows who I am and he is not going to move a finger to assist me. I have to wait until they decide to write a release. I asked them when they are going to do that?, he says he doesn’t have to tell me I just have to wait. I asked for his supervisor, he tells me he doesn’t have to provide me w/ that information; as a matter of fact he doesn’t have to tell me ANYTHING. Then he hung up on me.Keep in mind, I work with adjusters every single day. I have done this for over 5 years and now respect and good communication is imperative for a speedy amicable resolution of a claim. I was never rude, did not raised my voice, simply asked for assistance.Do yourself a favor, stop wasting your money for which you worked so hard. Get a better insurance company, one you can rely on when you need it the most.

I can say first hand that they do not care about their customers. I felt more attacked and belittled when dealing with an accident claim for this company. I do not want to get into the details of my accident in this review, but I can truly say the professionalism, the consideration for the customer is not there. They see your money as numbers, they see your car and your life as just a number. They are not equipped to handle every insured accident, you pay a cheap price, sure, but the quality in customer service is horrible, and the way they deal with the claims is not with care. Keep in mind this is my first impression of this company considering Im a new customer of only 4 months, and this was my impression at first point of contact. That should tell you a lot about the quality of the company, there is none. They make an already stressful situation even more stressful for you, and no insurance company should do that.

0 star. My husband got into an accident and the other driver was at fault. The other driver has this insurance. Both my husband and the other driver turned in ALL documentation. Everything this company asked they gave. But somehow this company always finds a reason not to do their part. It’s now 6 weeks going on 7 weeks and they’re still giving them the run around. They’re not proactive. They will not call you and when you get an update, the answers are always, “well now this is missing.” And “well now we have to wait 1-2 business days”. This business should be shut down. It sounds like a scam to me

They have ignored me for weeks and I barely got to talk to someone today about my claim and let me just say Marilyn in the bodily injury department is atrocious. I recently got into a car accident and I have a full coverage policy. first off they do not provide you a rental car. all they do is reimburse everything. which I think is an awful thing to when you have a client that cant afford to pay for EVERYTHING at first. secondly, they give you the run around EVERY TIME you call them to ask for an update on the claim youve opened up. thirdly, they JACK UP your premium even when you get into a car accident and you werent the person at fault. I want to give this insurance company no stars or -100! We got hit by uninsured driver and we have full coverage. We got denied our claim because they said we did not pay when we did. I read most of the reviews on here and it seems like they do everyone dirty and the same tactics. They denied us our claim then send us a check a month later stating that they over charged us when we first signed up. I don’t know how this company is still in business or how the government let this happen? We are good people that just want justice. Customer service is horrible and unprofessional! They hang up on you. They keep transferring you and just giving you the run around. I hope we find the right attorney ASAP to sue them because what they do to their customers are unlawful and wrong. Worst insurance EVER. i have a family member that got this insurance because it had the lowest monthly payment. well, she got into a car accident and her car was held for a month with NOTHING being fixed or worked on, and is now going on to it’s 2nd month of being at the body shop. she may have saved on paying insurance but now she’s paying $30-40 everytime she has to go to work because she needs to take a lyft/uber. the case workers don’t return calls, the supervisors don’t pick up calls. like who do i call then ? CORPORATE?? then when you ask for the number they don’t give it to you and transfer you. PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS AND DONT GET THIS INSURANCE !!!

They are thieves! They renewed my policy without my consent and now don’t want to give me a refund. They keep charging me even after the policy was cancelled. Nobody knows what they’re talking about and they all keep giving different answers with no solution. I asked for a manager and Carlos Ramirez said that managers don’t take calls. So I asked for an email and he said they can’t disclose that information. When I asked how do I get a hold of the manager he said I can’t because he only comes around when he feels like it because he’s the manager. Stay away!

Worst car Insurance you’ll ever have I had to pay for my own rental after taking my car to the body shop after an accident they never compensated me for my rental after I have talked to them and emailed them. They took me out from there policy for having an accident. This is not a compony who want to stand for you and insure your safety they only want your money and if something happens to you they’ll just kick you out. Very rude customer Service agents they scream at you and talk without any respect if you ask for the status of a claim. I am currently with AAA best service you’ll ever have go with AAA Insurance.

Straight garbage! Can’t believe this circus show exists on the market. It takes you over a year to resolve a claim which your party was responsible for. Carrying this claim on for unnecessary amount of time. Good thing my real insurance company takes care of me-USAA. Western General has no business ethics and is just heinous. I enrolled for a policy and was never told that the policy was dependent on me not doing doordash or postmates. I got into a minor accident and I reported it right away. Months later, my bank contacted them to confirm some information about my policy and they were told that my policy had been rescinded as if it never existed... but meanwhile they were still collecting premium from me. I was driving around for months with no insurance and the company didnt tell me anything. And they still collected my premium month after month! They eventually gave me a refund once I contacted them to ask for an explanation about what the heck was going on. Terrible company. Stay away!

Ok insurance company unless you need to make updates like adding or removing a car. This can only be done at the office.Update time: As if this review couldn’t get worse here we go... Three months later and the car got removed!! I threatened to cancel my policy if they couldn’t remove the car we had sold months ago. They finally removed it but gave me a bill of the full amount for all three cars. I contacted them thinking this had to be a mistake while working with them I was told to call after 3 days when the system updates. I call back in 3 days they then said I had a lapse in coverage and if I pay the full amount for the three cars they could reinstate me... okay side note: I have NEVER had a lapse in coverage so they are using this information to scare me into paying more money. Because they were right, it scared me I paid the balance immediately (fell on a Friday morning) thinking this would fix my anxiety boy was I wrong... they told me that I could go online Saturday morning by 12:01 am and my policy information will be available. By Saturday afternoon with no insurance information I called Progressive Insurance because honestly if I didn’t my anxiety would have taken me out 😂 but Progressive Insurance helped me right away and had my proof of insurance to me within 5 minutes of my payment for my new policy. Monday morning rolls around and Western General is now finally open again with excuses about why at that moment I was still showing as in lapse coverage on the site even though we both confirmed payment of my account the Friday before... so I explained how it was alright since I already have coverage with Progressive Insurance they should have no issues returning my full refund. They agreed and asked that I call back in another 3 days so they could review my new policy from Progressive and issue my refund.... okay not a problem is what I said still trying to be nice. Only to find out today that they want to give me HALF my money back. I questioned how if I never got covered over the weekend could I be charged they explained that the person who requested my credit entered the effective date wrong as you are not generally supposed to have two policies at once for the same coverage so they will be refunding the full amount but it will arrive in my account in 6-8 weeks!!! What is wrong with this company I am SO GLAD I LEFT 💯 I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.... EVEN MY WORST ENEMY 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣

If I could give a negitive star I would. Got in to an accident backed into in a parking lot. Other person did not have insurance. Called Western general. Its now been two months of phone calls to them to even get a claim started. I have been told by multiple people from the company that I will need to call the persons old Insurance company to get all the info.. isnt that the job of Western general??? Every time I call I get transferred to another person, never the same person and we start all over again.. AIS no longer brokers this company because they are so very very bad. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE FOR YOUR CAR. You have a better chance of winning the lottery then getting your claim filed.

My husband was hit by one of western generals insured. She had insurance we thought no big deal the insurance company will be contacting us. We waited no call... So we contacted them right away they gave us a claim number so we thought great the insured already made a claim things are on there way. WAS I WRONG!! The insurance company gave us an adjusters name and automatically transferred us to voicemail. We called back and got a rude and unprofessional agent. i tried explaining that we needed to speak to someone He said oh thats fantastic (sarcastically) .... and transferred me to voicemail. I have never dealt with an insurance company so unprofessional and so uncaring or willing to do at least there job. I have left numerous messages and have yet to receive one call. While our car is just sitting in the shop accumulating cost that has come out of our pocket already. All we want is someone willing to do there job. Not one call returned, our adjuster forget about it shes not a live person its just a voicemail. Customer service is disgusting. I cant believe insurance companies can get away with this. Something needs to be done. My next step is calling Better Business Bureau. Someone from this insurance needs to take the initiative to get things moving in our case. I was hit by one of their insured customers. March 6th, today is March 25th. the day the lady hit me i filed a claim with her insurance right away maybe 20-30 minutes after the accident. I took my truck to an auto body shop and had an estimate written. i had pictures and the estimate sent to them on the same day. they told me my truck is totaled with just over $2000 worth of damage, even though similar year makes and models with close to the same mileage are still selling in my area for $5000+. the only response i have received from them is they can’t do anything until they get a response from their insured customer. she’s refused to answer any calls or letters or emails they have claimed to sent her and they asked me to tow my vehicle from the shop because they don’t want to/will not pay the storage fees even though THEIR insured driver hit me. my car is not driveable and have been relying on rides from friends and family or borrowing a car if ones available to me. it’s been nearly 3 WEEKS and nothing new has happened. i’ve filed a police report and everything yet still no answers from this “insurance” company.

The worst insurance I have ever purchased. They turned down my auto claim. Someone hit me and I provided the other party info but western general did not bother to contact this person on my behalf. So I ended up having to use my coverage. They reviewed my claim and claimed that my vehicles are for business use. I told them each week that I called that my vehicles are not for business use. I spent 3months waiting for the result of my claim and my coverage. While waiting for a response and it got my wonder if I should get new insurance in case they cancel my policy and what if I get into another car accident. They wouldnt tell me if I am still cover or not. It took them 3 months later from the reported date to respond and canceled my policy. They sent me a letter that I will refund me the $ but its been weeks already and nothing was refunded. The customer service rep. was rude. The claim adjustor was also not helpful. They all avoiding the responsibility. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE.

This company robbed me. They wanted proof of my address since I had recently changed address and they told me step by step what to do. The last step was to take it to my adjuster and have him fix the address and then have him send over the proof that they needed. I did that and they still canceled my insurance. I was told I would get a refund for some of the money I paid since I had paid them almost 2,000 for a full year. I was fine with that and I was waiting for my check and then instead I got a new policy card with my new address on it and it said I was insured until later this year, which was the original agreement. Later on they sent me a fee of 17 dollars and so I called and they said that I am no longer insured with them and that they are charging me for insuring me for a week. This makes no sense to me. I talked to my adjuster and he said they decided to take my reimbursement. They used my previous address and made an adjustment to my total and decided that based on the previous address I owed them more. This was all done after telling me that I would get reimbursed. They stole from me lied to me and I am extremely frustrated. I did what they asked me from the beginning. Never in my life would I have gotten this insurance if I would of known how horrible they were. I am extremely disappointed. They made me think I had insurance by sending me a new registration card. They still canceled me. They did NOT accept my proof of address that they told me to provide them with. And they stole my money.

One of their clients rear ended me 10/29 Literally a month ago and nothing has been resolved I’ve called them atleast 15x for an update on the claim. It’s always something they need I do whatever they ask and still nothing. They never have answers and always say they will call me back they never do. All I want is for the damage on my car to get fixed and it’s not happening. Idk how this insurance is legal to have. It’s a pain if I could give them a 0 I would. This insurance company cannot seriously exist as a real insurance company! There is no way that they can be allowed to treat people this poorly. I filed a claim with them for THEIR insured hitting me on Nov. 21st. I filed the claim on 12.17 due to a delay in the police report. They STILL have not contacted me and I have not been assigned to an adjuster! You call the office and it says they are closed. Are they out of business? They should be! In the meantime - here I sit with no resolution. Stay the heck away from this people if you can.

Terrible freaking company. I had an accident in September and they are not even updating or trying to get any information about the accident. Then my wife who is also on Policy got rear ended, not even her fault and trying to sweep it away and say she did it. Screw this company.

Worst insurance ever. Went through a broker and western general insurance company was the cheapest for full coverage. Their “full coverage” was only covering the vehicle. They say full coverage is used loosely. No bodily injury, no medical coverage. That would of been helpful to know prior to purchasing their insurance but they make sure to not till you and just use the words full coverage when it isnt.

Dont use this company. One of their insured drivers hit my vehicle. She spent an horr on the ohlone waiting to be connected just to get a claim number. 2 months later both she and I ate still having to call regularly go get them to do their jobs (everything from sending paperwork to the shop to sending payments for car rentals and repair work). Both of us have spent countless hours in hold with her insurance company only to hear oh, yes, were just now processing that every time we call. You shouldnt have to call your insurance company to remind them to do their job.

I am so stressful and unable to continue my Job because of this Crook Insurance company, I am not giving this place no stars. Accident was on Sunday, Oct, 29, 2017 and its been a month nothing! I am tired of being keep calling them to fix my car. I was hit by a lady on my driver left side and throw my car out the road and damage my front passenger side,blast my tire and damage the bumper as well, Ive been trying to get in contact with some from the company I was assigned to one adjuster 2 weeks ago and no ones is doing nothing.This company love to give you the run-a-round. I want my freaking car fixed, rental car and urgent car bills paid. This is ridiculous. I was an innocent bystander just trying to go to work and was hit by a lady. I will have to agree with just about everyone on the review. They should be shut down.. make sure you gather all the information if you are hit by one of there drivers. They will not pay. I am having to take them to small claims court. They are saying the address of the insured was different at the time of the accident. Therefore they cancelled her insurance. They will not give me or the insured proof when it was canceled. She sent me every receipt for her payments her insurance card her broker said she was insured. I will also gather enough information to contact authorities for fraud. If you have been hit by one of there drivers and they do not pay its illegal. Make sure you dont stop at the insurance board. There are laws that protects us from companies like this. The company is a scam. I will also be paying for a attorney I can guarantee if the authorities or theInsurance board does not shut them down I will find everyone that they wronged and file a class action law suit.

1700 my insurance for the whole year I tried to cancel my insurance after just a few months they did not cancel it didnt uncover my vehicle damage they did not give me a refund although they didnt charge me for cancelling supposedly and I got nothing in return it was the worst insurance ever I also got rear-ended they did not succeed as well they did everything except for their job they take my money when I call them to report that I was rear-ended they told me to call the police the officer told me that the reason they told me to call the police is because they did not want to do their job worst insurance by far. Please, please whatever you do, do not get insurance through Western General. The employees there are extremely rude. Its like pulling teeth to get my claim approved. My cat converter was stolen and they want the police report, which takes 10 days to generate before they will even work on the claim, let alone allow the auto shop to work on my truck. I need my truck and offered to pay out of pocket and they could reimburse me the different minus the deductible. WGI said they would not do that. Why?! Their policies make absolutely no sense. I will reiterate, whatever you do, do not purchase insurance through this company. It is the cheapest for a reason, not worth it when you actually need their help. Why cant I give zero stars!!!!!

They’re excruciatingly slow with claims. Their client backed in to my wife three months ago, in that time they’ve asked us for info on their clients vehicle that they should already have or that only the client would know. They’ve sent us a letter saying they need more time to investigate (simple situation of client backing in to my wife’s car). They’ve reassigned our case to a different person in the company. The employees seem to be quite incompetent, repeating a lot of already answered questions, also not grasping an understanding the situation.Driver beware if you have to deal with this company.

Time for a lawsuit!! A lawsuit will be the only way to see justice at this point. After yet another attempt BY ME, since no one from their office ever reaches out, I finally demand a supervisor after being told yet again nothing is being done, and I was hung up on. This cannot possibly be legal! My parked car was hit by THEIR insured and a police report left on my windshield. It has been A MONTH AND THE CLAIM ADJUSTER STILL HAS NOT INSPECTED MY CAR!! I do not recommend this company. Save your time, money and hassel. Worst insurance company Ive ever had. Disrespectful, rude, an awful customer service. Didnt get my bill half the time. There dropped me twice without notice. Didnt even send me a letter notice or call or even a email before they dropped me. Drove around for a month thinking I had insurance. Would not take care of me at all much not want my business or heart earned money anymore. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please do not buy insurance from WESTERN GENERAL. this company is one of the worst insurance company I ever had. I paid full my insurance bill for 6 month, after 4 month they sent a bill to me for $191.00. I called and talked to manager, she said they do not have my phone number or email address to give me a notice. They never answer the phone, after waiting an hour on the phone they said they can not do anything. Do Not Waste Your Money And Time To Buy Insurance from them. The BEST third party insurance company I have EVER dealt with... Seriously. I am very skeptical when it comes to trusting people, more or less insurance companies. However, I recently was in an incident where I was rear ended at a stop sign. When I read Western General Insurance on the responsible parties insurance card, I automatically assumed it was a small insurance company that was going to fight for every penny. On the other hand, they dealt the situation QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY, and without any headaches. I highly recommend this company to do business with. I rarely like to write reviews, because of how subjective and one sided they are- but this company deserves all of my 5 stars. Thank you Western General for taking care of me, my car, and my wallet.

Unbelievable. Get your own insurance involved as soon as possible. You will be left in the dark and nothing will be done. No one is helpful in any way. If I could give this company a negative rating I definitely would. They will do anything in their power to not cover your claim. If you are looking for an insurance company that will support you and cover you when something happens do NOT use this company. It took them 5 months to tell me they wouldnt cover a claim. Not to mention I had to contact them weekly, they never contacted me. You also will not get in contact with someone in less than 45 minutes each time. They are all uneducated workers and this place is a complete joke. Have never dealt with such a terribly run company.

Would give zero star if possible. Has my account set up for Auto pay then 10 months into my policy they stopped taking auto pay from my account for no reason. And worst of all they took 6 months fighting with them to get my insurance cards. The idiot customer service rep was zero help. I hope they go out of business. This says a lot. I am not having to hire a lawyer, because I was involved in an accident in April of this year and they decided to drop after the accident. I have reviewed the policy and I dont see anywhere in there that they have the rights to do this. On top of that they never paid off the 2,500 loan I had on my vehicle, nor did they send the $2,000 check they mentioned theyd send. My plan is to sue this company, and I truly hope they go out of business. They are a terrible company. If you try to get anything done with them directly, then forget you will get any help. They are useless and always refer you to the broker for everything. They renewed my policy without my authorization and I tried to reach out to them but they wouldn’t pick up for days because the office was in a mandatory evacuation. They charged me $116 dlls when I already had another insurance and couldn’t cancel quickly because they weren’t in the office. They didn’t want to refund my money. I still fighting for this claim... also, I left the company due to the terrible service they have. Please do yourself a favor and never sign up with them!

You only find out if you have a good insurance company when you have been in an accident and need to make a claim.take my advise and do not go with this awful awful insurance company and go through a nightmare experience if you need to make a claim, it is not worth the few bucks you are saving.I have been in the cars sales and finance business for 30 years and can tell you now that it is worth it to go with the big boys and pay the extra few dollars and have a piece of mind. companies I recommend are Farmers, All State, State Farm, Geico, Progressive, Triple A.Any one of those companies will give you the customer service that you should expect from your insurance Company
