The tech said it was the ‘mother board,’ so he took it, came back next day, reinstalled it. After 24 hrs the fridge wasn’t cold, told the tech, he came back then said it was the compressor. So from 1 day to the next the compressor broke down? I think it was the case the whole time, although the fridge had no power, so just bad luck. The tech hesitated to refund me what I paid him, saying 1/2 for him 1/2 for me, but all he deserved & said it would cost if he couldn’t fix it was the $65 service call….he refunded my money, was a nice guy, but I didn’t really feel it was worth fixing to begin with as my fridge was 11 + years old….he convinced me to fix it….Need a new fridge🙄
