Knox is a truly great company. Their prices are very reasonable and they get the job done right and make sure of it.Our tech Michael is fantastic. He came out and took care of our issue and comes every month for maintenance. Michael goes above and beyond by remembering my children and when my son had surgery he made sure to ask how he was doing. Michael is very professional, courteous and punctual.You cannot find a better company than Knox!

Michael Isler is the technician who services numerous units that I manage and he is amazing! He always responds promptly to any issues that I may contact him concerning. He is very effective and thorough in treatments, and he is knowledgeable of his craft. You can ask him any pest related questions and he can tell you exactly what you need to know. Also, when appointments are scheduled, he is always on time. The company is great as well. If we have any questions concerning invoicing or contract issues, they are always pleasant and helpful in the office.

He does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to, and for the price quoted. Knox pest control is way to work with and allows their techs to have personality, instead of making them be robots. I think this is a great company and outstanding tech.
