They got some good people working here. I always get quality service when I have questions or need to ship a package at this location.

Sure isnt much to look at. Just a dank little room on the end of a non-discrept building in front of the UPS delivery facility. Employee working the counter had the personality of a pine stump...

Wish I could count on UPS for delivery as much as I can count on FedEX. So far FedEX has y’all beat, IMO.

Wish my package was sent through FedEx.....I went to this location to pick up a package which clearly says its in Cairo, GA. The guy who operates the service desk was not very friendly and said my package wouldnt be there until the next day. I showed him my tracking info and that it says it was in Cairo and ready to be picked up. He proceeded to get an attitude and said well it isnt here and that the tracking must be wrong 🤔. So now Im confused the tracking comes from UPS, clearly says it was scanned in at this location but you say its not here....could have at least checked to see but sadly customer service is not his strong suit.

I was supposed to receive a package on April 6, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. it came by next Day Air UPS guaranteed next day delivery my package never arrived I called and they cant even track a package in transit FedEx can do it heck the federal government mail system can do it but Brown UPS cannot do it

The person that answered the phone was rude and kept snapping at me I couldnt hardly get my words out before I was interupted. 👎 This is really a terrible UPS store they have delayed a delivery for us for the past two days. I really wish that the places that we order from would send our stuff through FEDEX!

A lot of confusion. All I am going to say.

My package is stated to arrive 5 days after I ordered it with TWO DAY shipping. Closed on the weekends? That’s just bad business and being lazy.

Always deliver late or say out for delivery but deliver late the next day.

They make false statements. They state they attempted to make delivery but could not because no one was home, when that is an absolute lie.

Delivers packages that requires a signature without one and fails to deliver to proper addresses

I can’t speak about all UPS drivers, but the young man who delivers my packages on the Babcock Rd in Colquitt, Ga is such a nice, polite person! I hope he gets a big raise as he really deserves it!

Website says open at 4. Get to location sign says doesnt open till 5.

Where you go to UPS in Cairo.

Website states opens at 4 but sign on door is 4:30. When john came to open at 4:30 I told him 3 people have been waiting because they thought they opened at 4, he said we open at 4:30,duh, I read the sign,I said again website says 4, he says well it used to be 5. He was very rude, wont go back. I had a prepaid package so had to go to,ups.

I want to speak to an agent I went through this several times asking for an agent I have given my tracking number 10 times and still no agent
