Looking for a gator has been a challenge due to the shortage of units in stock. I live 1000 miles away from this store. I have been looking for a cab gator that fits my needs. Well i found it in Cairo Ga. Jacob made this process super easy. I have purchased 3 tractors from ag pro back home but this customer service topped them all. Keep up the good work Jacob. I purchased a john Deere skid steer. Purchased from salesman Brian on the phone and he delivered. I noticed immediately there was a short in the throttle switch which i reported to the salesman. In mid December i broke the front glass and carried in to get it fixed.I also wanted them to check out the short in the throttle. They called and said i needed a new wire harness.I finally got it back at the end of February with a bill for 4,500. The next day i started using the machine when it started locking up. Got it started again and it would still lock up. I immediately reported to the manager and the sent a mechanic by(Robert) that was in the area. He replaced a cannon plug and said I was good to go,. Trying the machine again it started doing the same thing, and im still down. Ive left the mechanic 4 messages with no return call. Been down since mid December and still down. These people are nice when your buying but they dont care at all about their customers

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THESE GUY DOC. FIRST SERVICE CALL $179, SECOND SERVICE CALL $697 4 HOURS. WOW! REALLY I WAS TOLD FROM A TECH IT IS IN SHOP $120 IN SHOP SERVICE $125. OUT OF SHOP SERVICE. THEY ARE A RIPOFF! NOT BILLED $125. WAS TOLD BY TECH THAT THEY ARE SLOW, SO THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY FROM ONE PERSON AS THEY CAN. I WAS ALSO TOLD BY DOC THAT I HAVE TO HAVE AN OPEN WALLET SO THEY CAN TRY AND TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM, AND IT CAN TAKE $5000 TO 15,000 WOW! REALLY! ALSO SPOKE WITH STORE MANAGER WAS GOING TO GET BACK WITH ME, THIS WAS 4 DAYS AGO. NEVER GOT BACK WITH ME. NOT SURE WHAT THE MANAGER DOES?

Delivered two skid steers there. Very friendly and helpful. The dock area was a mud mess but after all the rain what else could be expected. Best entrance is drive on the east side . Unloading dock is thru gate on the right.

This place is the best! These guys at the parts counter have awesome senses of humor. Even their boss, the GM, is great to work with. He is so tolerant of their humor. I would strongly recommend anybody ask for mr. Hennessy to help them.
