I have used H&R Block to prepare my taxes for over 30 years and 20 of those years have been with Terry Kremmel as my tax preparer. I enjoy our yearly visit. He has my trust and I am confident in his knowledge in preparation of my taxes through all the changes over the past years. I have retired since we first started our tax journey together and I will continue until he decides to retire himself.

My tax preparation experience was stress free & I believe the tax preparer did the best job possible for me.

Because it was quick and easy I understood everything and she was very professional

I have never been treated so horribly by someone I have never spoken to before. From the moment Diana the manager picked up the phone she was a monster to me. Her attitude was unbelievable. I was just asking questions about filing taxes and she was cutting me off, talking over me and just flat out rude. At the end of our conversation when I was thanking her for her time and wishing her a great day she hung up on me. When I called back and tried to speak with her again she was worse. Assuming I was upset because I didnt understand how to file taxes stating your mad because you dont think you need to file in both states When I mentioned speaking to corporate she stated she refused to give me her information. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to be treated like a human, because they only treat people like dogs.

I gave you a 3 because I want to learn how to do my taxes from home my self so Im unsure if Ill be returning next year..
