The store in cadillac is horrible. Jordan doesnt know how to talk to people and was very disrespectful to myself my wife and daughter. They for sure lost good paying customers
Spectrum sees no problem with price gouging their consumers at every turn, even during the pandemic when their customers are already hurting financially. My bill was raised $5 per month without my knowledge or consent, simply because there is nothing legally stopping them from doing so. Customer service was not at all helpful or sympathetic.If I had ANY other option for high speed internet in my area, I would take it. This company is out to serve itself, not you.

Asked a question the guy didnt have an answer told me to hold on ask one of the other two workers that were busy with others sat for 20 mins and left, the one guy was to busy trying so sale stuff that the woman didnt want and the other was just taking her time with a customer changing his phone number

Not sure why there is a store exactly, kiosk for paying bills and mobile you do online. Whatever you have to ask, do it online, less wait, less contact with people for no reason, more time to do better things.

Ok, so Ive had spectrum for probably 10 years at least. Ive got about the lowest price package you can get! When I first started with them, I was paying around $80 a month, and realized at the time, after 2 years it would go up!!! That my friends is an understatement!!! Oh, this is for internet also! I am now paying $194 a month!!! Approx $65 for internet (which by the way, half the time is out) and the rest is for tv, that I barely watch about 4 channels! Now, not sure how many times I have called and asked; so, you give all these deals to new customers but, why do I never See anything for a long time, loyal customer! Never in all them years have I missed a payment! Today, I am having the tv service shut off!! Unhappily I will have to keep the internet & Wifi!!! Very disappointed in theyre disrespect for the loyal people out there! If you plan on going with them, be careful, the bill just keeps going up! Last month mine was $178,,,this month, $191??? No explanation!!! Good luck! I have net-flix so see ya spectrum

Spectrum is a joke, the security code is at the top of the bill. i recently moved and accidently left my spectrum equipment in my old house i dont have access to the home anymore or a way to get it another person lives there. i called to cancel my services and they said i called at a different time and said i wanted it shut off in September because of course anyone can verify the account when the security code is at the top of the bill so they so they wont shut it off since they lay claim i already called and set a date. now i will have to pay for 2 moths of service im not even using because i forgot to grab my equipment. i will never use them again

This Spectrum store just upgraded to a mobile store. It is totally different. If I could have, I would have upgraded my phone. The mobile package is awesome that they are offering.
All my streaming channels work well except spectrum. Most of the time i see a little blue circle and it says buffering. Sad because my wifi comes from spectrum you would think their streaming would be the stongest.

This review is more about the service equipment than the actual location or the good folks that work there. PLEASE NOTE: if you do a self installation, YOU WILL BE GIVEN PREVIOUSLY USED EQUIPMENT, PERIOD!!! After grilling the local help, was given the information. Dont fight it, just the way it is. I dont know about you, that rubs me the wrong way, but what can you do? So, I am paying the monthly service fees, which are reasonable, but you treat me like a second class citizen because why? Thats like going to buy a new car, paying the amount then later discovering the car was previously owned. Now, after my 4th cable box in 3 months, the fine folks at Spectrum are sending out a tech tomorrow to fix the problems. Guess what, bad equipment. So, let me get this straight. Spectrum punishes their customer base and forces the self installation with used equipment. You need to drive the round trip to exchange 3 times, then, finally, send someone out with something that works... That, by definition is bad business practice. We were considering switching from Frontier over to Spectrum with our place in Texas, not now.

The ladies here are so friendly and kind. They go out of their way to help you out, spend the least amount to get the biggest bang for your buck. If you need to make a change make sure to bring photo idea!

Staff is helpful and wait times arent bad at all. This is for the local office only. This is NOT a review of Charter services or phone sales/support, just the office and staff in the Cadillac office.

I wanted to switch my cell service to Spectrum but was told that I would have to have the internet and dont want the internet! So I will be switching to a different service!
If I could leave zero stars I would absolutely horrible customer service, charge you a month in advance but shut your service off after a month and 2 days if youre late, you never receive the month you pay for. They charge you for whatever they want and when you ask why they just talk in circles. Ill go to dish..
Service is rarely if ever as fast as they claim it to be, usually usable but slow. Outages happen at least once every week or two, sometimes for a few hours sometimes for a day (Refunds are not given for time lost). Most outages require me to reset my router and wifi before allowing me access to the internet which would be ok if they actually called to tell you when it was working again, which of course they do not (although it is a service they claim to offer when you call). Customer service generally consists of You should reset your router. Oh, that didnt work then we an outage in your area.... Ya, thats it. Try again later. If there were more options i would drop Charter in an instant. Quite possibly the worst company I have had the misfortune of having to do business with.
