Left oil stains all over the driveway. This was a photo of where we had to lay down absorbent. It wasn’t septic waste, that I could hose off, it was some kind of oil from their rig. Didn’t care for the owner either, he didn’t even leave the truck and was unprofessional.

Yesterday, almost on a whim, I decided that our septic tank probably needed pumped out / drained. I called a few places and when all the prices were about the same I asked Honey Wagon if they could put me on their schedule. Little did I know, they had availability to come out that same day! They explained their pricing up front, scheduled a two hour time slot and called me 30 minutes before they arrived. When they arrived, they were careful to drive in such a way as to not hurt a newly poured driveway or the yard. They pumped out a full septic tank, made sure the lines leading up to the tank were clear, and then washed out the tank with our water hose. They are able to take cash, check, or credit card for a 5% charge (which is understandable since they are charged for that). The owner explained some things I could do to protect my system and the pump in my tank that moves the liquid uphill to a distribution box. I really appreciate their friendly fast service and will use them again.

Our septic was full to the point that sewage was backing up into our house. Honey Wagon came within hours to fix it. After a backup, I never thought our problem could be resolved so quickly! We thought it would be days to have our system pumped out, but Kelly came out on Memorial Day, and had our tank pumped out in less than an hour. He even checked to make sure everything was flowing correctly and had suggestions to keep this from happening again. I’ll definitely use Honey Wagon for any future septic needs. The prices and services are excellent. We live way out near England, and he services this area, too! I’m so glad to have another choice for septic services and I highly recommend this company! Kelly called right back after I left a message. He answered all the questions I had. He was able to come out to clean our septic tank the next day. They were on time and cleaned up after. The price is the best in town. Do yourself a favor and use Honey Wagon!

I called Tuesday and left my name and number on their answering machine. Never called me. It’s been over 48 hours.Shame, shame it’s been weeks now and I never got a return call. Terrible way to run a business.

Today is Thanksgiving. We are going to have a house full of people in just a few hours. I called him at 08:45. He was here by 09:30 and done and gone by 10:30. He saved the day today! Very polite and professional. He even went as far as to give me tips to keep this from happening again. Great guy!
