If you want to learn self-defense in a safe family environment school then this is the place. It’s not a GYM! It’s a school of learning the true art of Jiu Jitsu. I train there and so does my son and daughter. They love it. One of the best things that has ever happened to my family. Also my brother and his son train there as well.
